Indoor and outdoor swimming pools, jacuzzi spa pool, steam room, sauna room, all this facilities are available to hotel guests free of charge. Spacious room, stunning view from the room, tranquil environment, nice breakfast buffet (many fresh melons!!!!), everything was dreamy!!!!

When we got to our room we had to get the covers changed as they had blood in them. We had to ask for more pillows and the Duvet was to small as when one of us moved the other got all the duvet taken off them. The bed was also uncomfortable so didn’t sleep well. Didn’t appreciate getting woken early with other guests making a lot of noise in the hall way considering there were signs to say they were in a quiet room. Over all very disappointed with our stay, we have been coming to st ives for 20 years and always wondered what it was like to stay here

Amazing property

The staff was very helpful. However here are my concerns. Our room was very hot the mattress was hard. The operator for the hot shower water was very confusing for people who aren’t familiar with the UK design for the hot water operator. Also the soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower.

Amazing 4 night stay at Tregenna Castle. Perfect location within easy (but steep) roadway through the castles woodland walk. We paid extra for a sea view and it didn’t disappoint. Large room with comfortable bed. Food was fab… Sunday roast was to die for. 100 % would recommend staying here.

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided. I booked a queen bed with a sea view through Expedia and paid an additional amount for this upgrade. However, upon arrival, I was allocated a room with a double bed instead. After noticing the discrepancy, I contacted Expedia, who confirmed that my booking was indeed for a queen bed. I then went to reception to have the issue resolved. Despite this confirmation, the front desk staff maintained that the bed type was only available upon request and chose not to address the issue. As this was a long-planned holiday for my husband and me, I did not wish to escalate the situation further at the time. However, the experience has left me very disappointed. I would also like to raise a serious concern regarding how this matter was handled. I felt that I was treated unfairly, and the interaction left me questioning whether I was treated differently based on my race. This is a matter I do not take lightly and would appreciate it being reviewed carefully. Overall, I am dissatisfied with the service received and would not recommend this property. I would appreciate your prompt response to this matter.

Amazing time here. How on earth this is just a 3 star is beyond me. Staff, acomadtion and food was amazing!

Room was clean and neat. Staffs were very kind and helpful. All over Tregenna Castle Resort is very big and beautiful.

Very nice and pleasant stay . Staffs were amazing and very helpful. Such a beautiful neat property with a nice view . Loved every aspect of the stay . One thing which could be improved is the dinner menu and options . Food wasn’t good atall. However the breakfast was great . Overall it was a great stay

Outstanding property, very clean and well maintained. The staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble. Food in the hotel was slightly expensive, but the food was very good and full of flavour. I especially recommend the ginger pudding with clotted cream. It was so light and delicious. The grounds were beautiful and we even saw a tawny owl. Highly recommended and we will return.

Fabulous hotel with lots of parking able to walk into town although hilly staff super friendly Not the best breakfast but also plenty to eat and choices
