Put the heating on in the rooms as standard, need to have running hot water for a shower, sort these 2 issues out and our 2 night stay in December would of been ok

Room was clean and warm very comfortable only one small complaint could not have a coffee with my whisky at the bar at 9.15 Sunday evening as they had cleaned the coffee machine so went to the pub over the road for whisky and coffee other wise enjoyed our stay again.

When arriving at the hotel we were asked for ID unfortunately i don't drive so no driving licence and i didnt have my passport with me as i didnt think id need it seeing i was in the uk.
The only thing i had on me with a photo was my bus pass but iwas told this was unacceptable and we weren't allowed to check in
