Cromwell room was excellent.

Had a very pleasant stay at the White Hart hotel. Room was clean, with comfortable bed & good quality tea & coffee in the room. Breakfast was delicious & open until 11am, so got a lie in. All the staff in the hotel were friendly & helpful, I would definitely stay here again. I didn't visit the pub part of the hotel, but on passing it, it looked a really nice traditional style pub & the beer garden looked a popular spot when the sun was out.

Very central clean room room a little and no decaf tea polystyrene tiles on celing a fire hazzard.

Great central location in walking distance of lots of sights. Hôtel staff were welcoming and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was good. It was especially useful to be able to park in the hotel car park for 24 hours after check in at 2 so we could check out by 11 the following day, leave the car safely parked and visit the cathedral before carrying on to Cornwall. Will be sure to break the journey there again.

We have stayed here almost every year for the last 10years it's a good stay for a couple of nights

The hotel is in a very convenient location close to the city centre and cathedral. It is a historic building but we stayed in the fairly modern extension, which was a nice, spacious room with good facilities for tea and coffee etc. Breakfast was plentiful and you could order from a good range of cooked options including full English. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Location is fantastic only a few minutes walk from city centre. Parking available on site for £10 a night. Hotel staff friendly and helpful. Room was modern, comfortable and clean. Breakfast was cooked to order and very nice. Bar area had lots of charm. A great place to stay to explore the city.

Comfortable room, excellent evening meal, superb breakfast and wonderful staff, what more could you want. Also has parking and a short walk to the city centre. Will be coming back on our next trip.

Good location and having a car park (albeit at a cost) is a boon but the beds gave both my wife and I terribly bad backs (for the second time, as we stayed here a year ago and figured maybe it was a one off) Also, the free WiFi was abysmal, when you could connect (which wasn’t very often) it was terribly slow and failed to load even the simplest of sites. The shower kept alternating between cold and boiling as you showered which wasn’t good and the heated towel rail meant the bathroom was constantly boiling. All in all it could be good with some improvements but as it stands we won’t be going back.

Breackfast menu was excellent. Bar had a variety of drinks on offer.

Good location for shops and Quayside, staff were very pleasant and helpful. A bit dated in restaurant side but still has its charm.

The hotel was in a great location close to the city centre and has an ample car park at a great price. The room and facilities were very clean and the bar offered a wide selection of food and drinks. I would definitely use this hotel again.

Great place and great location. Parking was a real bonus and the food was 10/10. Highly recommended.

Comfy bed, clean and spacious room and good amenities in the room. The continental breakfast was lacking (would've been nice to have had some yogurt, berries and other fruit options) but the cooked breakfast was a good start to the day. Parking on site was handy and an ideal central location to reach all the restaurants and local spots.

Close to the cathedral shops and the quayside

Came for business, professional exams and needed a good rest and a quiet room. This was my second time I stayed in the hotel, wasn't very busy got an " upgrade" to a double room/bathtub but had to pay for it , with no discount... Carpark is handy but anyone can walk in from the street and I was woken up by drunk noise ppl in the very early hours.Beds comfortable, the staff is helpful
