La camera non era assolutamente come quella descritta nelle foto. Ci siamo trovati ad un piano terra con un letto ad una piazza e mezza (e non un matrimoniale) e un divano letto che ci siamo preparati da soli. La vasca da bagno era tutta macchiata di nero, il silicone sui bordi sporco e staccato. Trattandosi di una vasca, non c'era una superfice piana dove poter stare per fare la doccia, quindi anche pericoloso perchè non in piano. I tappetini del bagno non erano puliti, le finestre - quasi impossibili da aprire e richiudere - avevano le grate e sui vetri c'era una pellicola frosted probabilmente per proteggere la privacy, ma niente a che vedere con le immagini pubblicate sul sito dove si vedono i tetti delle case vicine. Il WiFi funzionava malissimo e abbiamo dovuto chiedere noi la password perché non ci è stata comunicata al check in... Non si tratta di un hotel, ma di stanze in affitto tipo B&B. totalmente fuorviante il nome e poco attendibile

We rented a two bed apartment - with two rooms sharing one bathroom which worked out great for our family of four. Room nice and clean and bathroom has provided toiletries. One down side is the room got rather hot in June. We were provided a fan with little help as we dare not running the risk of mosquitoes flying in if we open the window. Overall a decent stay

Ideal for a quick stay in london. Quite a lot of light let into the room at night and not the quietest of stays but overall great for a quick night in london. Spacious, clean and not to far from the tube

A good location when visiting an exhibition at the Excel.

When I first arrived, I thought the room was ok but when I went for a shower, it was absolutely filthy; it was disgusting. There were also stains on the sofa and on the wall. One of the towels was also dirty / stained!

Room was nice and clean, the problem is the room is far to bright, feels like you trying to sleep during the day, and the pillows are none existent

There was a party going on until the wee hours in the next room each night of my stay. I sent a message to the hotel after my stay and never got a response. The room itself was fine, but I couldn't get any sleep because of the noise.

Room is clean and spacious but poor customer service. Pillow is very thin. Shower door fell off the rails and nearly fell on our friend while in the shower. Escalated this to the receptionist but he just shrugged it off. Not coming back here.

Hola este es el segundo mensaje que dejo ya que no e recibido respuesta,fueron muchas cosas y muy malas. Llegue 10 minutos tarde de horario check in mi vuelo se retrasó por mal clima llovía mucho. La chica de recepción me recibió muy enojada me amenazó que era la única vez que permitía ese retazo y con muy mala actitud pidió mi tarjeta de crédito me hizo firmar y dio unas llaves y una hoja y dijo que pusiera la dirección en Google Maps para indicaciones de cómo podría llegar a mi habitación, resulta que no era en ese hotel me envió a un edificio fuera de ahí me hizo caminar en una calle sin nada de luz sin saber a donde ir, bajo la lluvia y con maletas además de que yo soy discapacitada y el edificio donde me envío no tenía ninguna información que dijera que ahí era el hotel no tenía luz era un 2 piso yo no puedo subir escaleras y se los aclaré desde mi reserva, obvio no era el sitio que yo reservé. En la habitación nunca calló agua caliente después de que llegue mojada por la lluvia no pudimos darnos un baño. Hacía demasiado frío y la calefacción no servía no había cobertores extras y tampoco a quien llamar por que ella dejó claro que la oficina cerraba a las 10 pm. Me quede 1 noche al día siguiente pedí guardaran 2 hr mi equipaje para ir a comer algo, cuando regresé pedí permiso para entrar al baño y me dijeron que no tenían y como ya había hecho mi check out menos. Estoy muy inconforme de haber sido engañada y abusada y solicito la devolución de esa reserva fue un engaño

Location was the best part, in walking distance for canary wharf and by the water. Amazing! Close to the train and restaurants

On arrival we were greeted with a friendly member of staff, the room was spotless and spacious

Rummet var inte ordentligt städat, receptionen var bara bemannad vissa tider och ingen påfyllning av tex toapapper eller smutsiga handdukar.

Odd rooms, separate toilet/shower to share with others. The sofa chair was stained and the pillows underneath the cases were very yellow. Wasn’t filthy but wasn’t cleaned to a good standard - lots of dust and some of the plug sockets were broken. Tv wasn’t facing the bed/chair so would have hand to stand to watch it! Bathroom was very clean. Staff were lovely. Good location and value for money I suppose if you’re not going to be spending a long time in there.

Stayed here this week. First lets look at this sensibly, its not 5 star. It is however a nice hotel at a good price in an expensive location. So we paid a very good price for a family room which was good. A double bed and 2 single beds in a very large room. Nice bathroom. Water, tea and coffee provided. The main plus point here is a great receptionist, she was lovely. We had an issue on arrival in the room (radiator was stuck on as thermostat faulty). She managed to find a spanner so we could turn it off, also ensured we had plenty of water and milk. So I would love to call her out as a great asset, so friendly and helpful. Back to the room, it was big, nicely furnished. Curtains could be better and have to say could do with looking at the emergency light on the ceiling as the green light within it was stupidly bright for my liking. We had 3 large opening windows that opened tilt or hinge, drawback is the DLR trains outside but they can't help that, with windows closed it was fine. Fan provided in room, this is good. No air con so I would imagine on a very hot night its not good. Beds good though, comfy. Location is brilliant for Canary Wharf and on into London. Easy to get to south bank area on tube. Great locations nearby for food including Pret few mins away for breakfast. So, receptionist great, many thanks to her. Room good for the price for a massive family room with bathroom.

The room was nice. There didn’t seem to be room service. Had to ask for more towels and a trash bag since I was there for 4 nights. Overall it was great.

There are many very negative reviews for this Hotel on other sites but it has recently be refurbished and is in a good location, clean and staff helpful only downside is no air conditioning

Stayed here for a visit to the O2. Good location close to transport links. Nice clean rooms, recently renovated. Only downside was no aircon/fan so had to keep windows open which meant noise from outside could be heard. Will definitely stay again.
