Everything is perfect. I would recommend every visitor who go to Helsinki to stay in this Hotel. The reception is so kind and willing to help.

Haven Hotel was one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. Really nothing to criticize. The room is very beautiful and glamorous, facilities are good, location is convenient (just right next to old market hall)... The BEST thing is the buffet breakfast, a variety of food supplied with an amazing view. Everything is wonderful and all of us felt so sad that we only had a three-day stay in Haven Hotel. Highly recommend this hotel, not just a haven but a heaven! :)

The bed was super comfy and the quality of breakfast was quite decent, tho not many options. If they could offer free transportation between the hotel and train station, it would be perfect.

房間很大，很舒服。酒店走去火車站大概8-10分鐘路程，就在市集旁。早餐不錯，選擇不太多，但是味道不錯。

The hotel has wifi. But it is public. no password. I felt very suspicious about hacking, especially when I noticed strange things happening with my phone messages. For a "5-star" hotel that cannot offer secure wifi to guests, I find it very disappointing. Also, they don't have functioning scales and batteries. The hotel looks good from the outside. excellent location. Just need to provide secure wifi to guests to make it excellent.

I was quite surprised that in one of the more expensive rooms—a deluxe room with a sea view—basic amenities such as slippers and complimentary water, bath foamwere not already provided in the room. I had to return to reception to request these items, which was inconvenient. For a room of this standard, I would expect such amenities to be readily available without needing to ask, as most guests would not want to make an additional trip to reception. I would recommend ensuring these items are included in the room as standard (and bath foam) to better match the expectations associated with this level of 5* accommodation.

朝食は種類豊富で十分な量、とても美味しかったです。便利な場所に立地していて海側の部屋は朝日が昇るのが見られました。何よりバスタブがあったのが嬉しかった。

Huone oli yöllä melko kuuma. Baari on viihtyisä ja henkilökunta loistavaa. Koirien kanssa loistava!

Frukosten kunde varit bättre. Fanns en meny där man kan beställa ifrån men det var dyrt
