Rooms where spotless the red carpet is very contrasting and possibly old looking compared to rest of room but staff where fantastic and very helpful spoke good English which was a blessing spa facilities all clean and quite to use too

Very impressed with my stay at Chalet Du Bois, the rooms were spotless and the cleaners were on point each day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, the location is perfect 4 minute walk from bus stop. Would 100% stay again !!!!

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Chalet Hotel du Bois. The rooms were warm, cosy and clean, and the staff were very helpful. The restaurant was exceptionally good, we ate there twice and both times enjoyed a lovely meal. The bar was also a great place to enjoy a drink and play cards. Only used the pool/ sauna once but was very nice after a day of skiing.

The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !

Really friendly staff, makes such a difference to your stay when you feel genuinely welcomed.
Great room, with bath, and fridge. Quiet and I slept really well. Tasty breakfast, with fresh orange juice, great coffee, boil your own egg, and freshly baked croissants and fresh baguettes. It is located in somewhat quiet area, but you can still walk to a couple of restaurants nearby. Ski rental right across the hotel, which was really convenient. And hotel offers free shuttle to ski lift, which you need to arrange a day in advance. Spa area somewhat basic, ok for a short visit, but I wouldn’t chose to stay there long. Hotel also has a bar and restaurant.

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Shuttle bus to lifts. Bar & restaurant on site (need to book). Bathroom was modern lots of fresh towels. Rooms a little rustic, storage space, but no drawers.
