The stuff are very nice with us and we had a very good experience with them but I think the hotel should upgrade the installation because there is even no drinking water in the room or a Hot water bottle and there is no microwave which is very inconvenient and we had two single bed and the bed is very small but I really have to say the stuff is very very nice with us so I’m really happy with that !

Great location and super convenient to the TMB start if you’re looking for a more chill vibe than Chamonix. Definitely recommend splurging on the delicious breakfast.

Very comfortable and pleasant As a chalet type hotel it was especially friendly and almost like visiting good friends or relatives you can tolerate. Helpful and very courteous staff. All good.

I used this place for the night before our start of the TMB. The place was very nice and clean. They also allowed us to store our luggage while we did our hike.

Breakfast was excellent. The room was nice with a view on the mountains.

Really friendly staff, makes such a difference to your stay when you feel genuinely welcomed. Great room, with bath, and fridge. Quiet and I slept really well. Tasty breakfast, with fresh orange juice, great coffee, boil your own egg, and freshly baked croissants and fresh baguettes. It is located in somewhat quiet area, but you can still walk to a couple of restaurants nearby. Ski rental right across the hotel, which was really convenient. And hotel offers free shuttle to ski lift, which you need to arrange a day in advance. Spa area somewhat basic, ok for a short visit, but I wouldn’t chose to stay there long. Hotel also has a bar and restaurant.

La chambre , la vue . Par contre il y avait des traces d’humidité dans la chambre au niveau de la salle de bain .

Nice hotel, friendly staff, good breakfast. Shuttle bus to lifts. Bar & restaurant on site (need to book). Bathroom was modern lots of fresh towels. Rooms a little rustic, storage space, but no drawers.

Rooms where spotless the red carpet is very contrasting and possibly old looking compared to rest of room but staff where fantastic and very helpful spoke good English which was a blessing spa facilities all clean and quite to use too
