Clean room good size for Paris . Half the staff was incredible but one was terrible . Zero help and didn’t even acknowledge us at some points. Hot tub did not work was like warm an had to be paid for to use. Sauna was great but needs to be booked before use. Breakfast is NOT included neither is water in the rooms which I was not made aware of . Great location very central to everything

The room was very nice, but I paid for a superior room with a garden or city view and I had no view at all. In addition, I picked this resort because of the sauna and hot tub and was only told upon arrival that we had to book it in advance, which was very disappointing since we were only there for 3 nights and it was already booked the times we could go.
Otherwise very friendly staff and excellent location.

パブなどがあるエリアなので、酔っ払いが多く、夜間の騒音が気になりました。ノイズが気にならなければ、とてもオススメできるホテルです。

I would give this review a full star rating but I left a pair of leather gloves in the lobby restroom late one night and the next morning asked about them and was to told they’d been recovered but to check with just after their lunch hour, then mysteriously they couldn’t be found. It took two days to get an answer that they couldn’t be found so I’m sure some one decided to keep them. Other than that I enjoyed the stay and accommodations. It’s a very easy and comfortable stay.
