交房時間遲一小時；進出大門都要按門鐘先可以入；執房又無手尾；整體感覺好差

淋浴水温不是很稳定，其他的都挺好。

would be better if the building is not underconstruction

just few mins to underground(metro). not in downtown, quiet environment. studio room for family, fit for 2 kids, 2 adults but spend long time for an hr late c/o follow up....

公寓式飯店 有廚房很方便 但是附近沒有購物或是超市

房間舒適，2房公寓單位房間略小擺放行李不便，客廳及飯廳寬敞用餐方便。2個衞生間，不便之處是一個只有沐浴、一個只有坐廁，6人入住要排隊使用。如坐廁那間多加企浴間就方便了。數分鐘可到地鐵站，往凱旋門都只是5個站。整體該洒店是不錯的，下次會考慮再入住。

在巴黎住宿非常好的选择！整洁，安全。离地铁站近！有厨房设施。服务也是很及时和热情！

酒店附近有一個地鐵站，交通方便。距離酒店約十多分鐘就有一個很大的商場，裡面有很多商店和食肆，還有一個很大的超市，購物很方便。酒店房間很大，還有廚房可煮食，又有露台，很有家的感覺，所以很滿意酒店的環境，價錢也合理，下次會考慮再入住。至於缺點方面，就是職員經常忘記添加梳洗用品，幾乎每天也有遺漏，又沒有提供護髪素，這是需要改善的地方，另外到酒店大門要先經過一段梯級，拿著行李特別是大件行李就很辛苦了。

Geat staff and nice roomy place to stay, not too far from Metro and easy to get to. It also has a small gym to workout. Great kitchen and microwave if you wanna cook something at night . He best is the handy mobile which you can use during your stay which you can browse the internet + local phone call.

房間空間很大，離地鐵站很近。

It is more comfortable for a family or familiar friend, they can live together, the apartment has 2 bedrooms, but to share the bathroom, so that they are very embarrassing for guests / strangers. The price is reasonable.

Séjour d’une nuit en couple. Difficulté à trouver le parking et la réception. Chambre spacieuse et confortable. Petit déjeuner convenable.

So old and outdated and bad smell in the room I was coughing all night , the quality of the air inside the room stains on the carpet and the sofa When we got to the room ,the sofa bed was not even open , we asked reception they said we have to open it and the linens are ready and the pillows are in the closet . It’s listed as 5 stars please don’t be fooled , I would barely rate it a 3 star

Room was dated and wasn’t as clean as it should be. Bathroom had a separate room all together for toilet only and then other room had shower sink. Rooms were beside each other which was weird. Also didn’t get out welcome gift which as per Expedia should have been a bottle of wine.

Very specious, well equipped and excellent location (150 m from metro station).

The suite was clean and tidy and we had a great 10th floor view. The staff were excellent and helpful, especially for a family of 4 (with young children). Close to M1 Metro system in Paris as well, with the hotel just down the hill.

Definitely not a normal Fraser Suites property. Room very dated and the carpet was disgusting.

Was traveling with my family (5 adults) and we were to be in Paris for 4 nights starting on New Year’s Eve. We had booked a place that appeared to have 4 beds in 2 rooms and pictures looked good. It wasn’t. It was horrible. So we scrambled on Hotels.com and found 2 suites at Fraser Suites La Défense. Thank god we did! Extremely helpful, warm, informed front desk welcome after a weary transfer. Had so much more to offer than the first place. Nice little kitchen with nespresso machine and pods, fridge, dishes, glasswear, silverware, cookware. My 30yr old daughter slept on the pullout bed and said it was quite comfortable. Laundry facilities onsite very efficient. Thank you Fraser Suites for saving our time in Paris!!
