這根本是一星級飯店的水準。剛進房便覺得房間昏暗有股霉味，但立刻跟櫃檯反應的結果是更換房間費用需額外付120歐。 再著，飯店的水有非常嚴重的消毒藥水味，需要自行扛礦泉水回來喝。每次洗完澡房間也會有非常重的消毒藥水味。wifi在房間是幾乎收不到訊號的，不建議仰賴網路的旅人入住。 事實上，我在之後改住其他，這在里昂根本不是常態，而是該飯店的問題！

I stay two nights in this hotel due to business. lived in the room number 28, next room number 30 seems is for employees. They are very loudly, no matter open or closed door. I feel very noisy.I have reminded them but did not see improvement. Another thing is hotel Internet is not good.But reception's service is good.

near the Bellcour Sqaure and old town, convenient for sightseeing and shopping

The property is at a great location for the middle of Lyon. Great access to cafe's, bars, and shopping. Quick walk across the Saone to Old Lyon. Restaurant located on site was very nice, we had the buffet. We were also able to store luggage and even use the bathroom as we walked around after checkout. Highly recommend.

Min vistelse hos Hôtel Globe et Cecil var väldigt bra. Rummet var fint och personalen var alltid väldigt trevliga samt hjälpsamma. Hotellets frukost var ingen höjdare men det finns många bra kaféer i närheten man kan gå till istället.

J avais demandé une chambre calme, car j ai un mauvais sommeil....j ai eu une chambre sur cœur avec un moteur de chaudière ou de climatisation extérieure tres fort et j ai réussi à dormir 2 heures. Donc très mauvaise expérience.

Great location and well maintained. A big difference between the room quality and size. My carpet was grubby and warm and needed a renovation. Other rooms available are better Restaurant staff have a poor attitude. Hotel staff try to be helpful. Be aware not much of a bar at the hotel and the area to sit in and relax with coffee or a drink often booked out for functions leaving guests no where to relax.

Localisation parfaite au coeur de Lyon, proche des transports mais au calme. Décoration soignée et personnel aux petits soins.

Super fint hotel med helt perfekt lokation ift byen. Personalet var meget flinke, ingen problemer. Derudover i fin stand, dog med lidt skræmmer på toilettet, men ikke noget af særlig karakter. Der manglede dog noget lys i selve værelset, så det var ret mørkt. Og derudover så er der ret lydt, jeg kunne flere gange følge med i naboens samtaler. En smule frustrerende. Dog stille fra gaden.

The only issue was that they didn’t put a bath towel in my room. And room was too small

The building and facility like the shower and the air conditioning was old and not the best

Clean- helpful staff; good location. Would recommend. They are part of a larger hospitality group. The globe didn’t have hot water when we were to check in, so they made arrangements for us to stay at another equally rated hotel in their group. They took care of all the transfer details for us. Both hotels are great. Le Phenix and The Globe & Cecil.
