Lovely economy room. Well decorated and comfortable. The room was extremely small and I habitually banged my arms getting in and out of the bathroom. There was no natural light as the window was obscured by a wall. It was cosy and snug ... even though there were inconveniences, I would still stay here again and again. The location, the staff and the public areas made this a truly wonderful experience. The room and hotel was spotlessly clean and the breakfast demonstrated excellent attention to detail.
I also asked for a kettle and this was immediately brought to my room, so service was exceptional.

這根本是一星級飯店的水準。剛進房便覺得房間昏暗有股霉味，但立刻跟櫃檯反應的結果是更換房間費用需額外付120歐。
再著，飯店的水有非常嚴重的消毒藥水味，需要自行扛礦泉水回來喝。每次洗完澡房間也會有非常重的消毒藥水味。wifi在房間是幾乎收不到訊號的，不建議仰賴網路的旅人入住。
事實上，我在之後改住其他，這在里昂根本不是常態，而是該飯店的問題！

I stay two nights in this hotel due to business. lived in the room number 28, next room number 30 seems is for employees. They are very loudly, no matter open or closed door.
I feel very noisy.I have reminded them but did not see improvement.
Another thing is hotel Internet is not good.But reception's service is good.

No heating at 38 F degrees. Bath full of mold has no extractor, all pipes are for you to view, walls in bath room with cracks that suggest structural issues. They hide behind eco to not supplying any amenities. Youthe travel agent should make sure the star rating is real. No fridge.I have stayed at hostels with better rooms and amenities. Would give the only 2 stars.
The outside of building is nice , so it decieves you. But travel agent is also responsible for letting hotel lie.

Chambre propre, literie de qualité, salle de bains complète, mais pas de chauffage. Il faut demander un chauffage d’appoint (rapidement installé). Ascenseur unique, mais cela n’a pas dérangé. On aurait apprécié une machine à café dans la chambre. Wifi médiocre en chambre. Prises en nombre limité. Style de la chambre et calme appréciés.
