這根本是一星級飯店的水準。剛進房便覺得房間昏暗有股霉味，但立刻跟櫃檯反應的結果是更換房間費用需額外付120歐。 再著，飯店的水有非常嚴重的消毒藥水味，需要自行扛礦泉水回來喝。每次洗完澡房間也會有非常重的消毒藥水味。wifi在房間是幾乎收不到訊號的，不建議仰賴網路的旅人入住。 事實上，我在之後改住其他，這在里昂根本不是常態，而是該飯店的問題！

I stay two nights in this hotel due to business. lived in the room number 28, next room number 30 seems is for employees. They are very loudly, no matter open or closed door. I feel very noisy.I have reminded them but did not see improvement. Another thing is hotel Internet is not good.But reception's service is good.

The only issue was that they didn’t put a bath towel in my room. And room was too small

The building and facility like the shower and the air conditioning was old and not the best

Clean- helpful staff; good location. Would recommend. They are part of a larger hospitality group. The globe didn’t have hot water when we were to check in, so they made arrangements for us to stay at another equally rated hotel in their group. They took care of all the transfer details for us. Both hotels are great. Le Phenix and The Globe & Cecil.

Les points forts : la localisation au centre proche de l'hôtel Dieu, les laits végétaux au petit déjeuner, la décoration du hall et surtout de la chambre, l'engagement pour des valeurs !

Badrummet luktade mögel och saknade ventilationsfläkt så det var inte så underligt. Annars trevligt hotell och trevlig personal.

Nice location, close to the Metro and city centre. Nice breakfast. Wifi not fast enough to stream your services.

Väldigt bra å centralt läge, faktisk god mat i restaurangen:) Rummen är fina men lite slitna.

Súper bonito el hotel, excelente ubicación y la limpieza súper buena! 🙌 definitivamente si volviera a a Lyon regresaría a hospedarme en este hotel! 10/10
