Staff are very pleasant. The room was spotless. The breakfast had many varieties and was plentiful.
The building is modern and well decorated.
It is a 5 min walk to the Grotto and the church.
There are plenty of restaurants and cafes close by.
The only downside is that we asked for a taxi to Lourdes airport and it was 50 Euro.
That was more than the ticket I paid for my flight! That's a rip off!!!

This hotel is clean, beautiful lobby. Very close(1block) to the sanctuary . Many stores nearby. We ate in their hotel restaurant and food is great and price is reasonable. Hotel rooms are spacious. Recommend this place👍👍👍

Poor restaurant. The hotels in Lourdes really need to be better run. They generally suck. Atout France really needs to regulate them better. They just do whatever and give overall poor service to unknowing pilgrims

Beautiful hotel, much nicer than the photos. Lovely big lounge bar. Well priced restaurant. Every where is spotless clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Very nice young man at reception who was from Liverpool, could not have been more helpful. The hotel is only 3 minscwalk from entrancevto Cathedral and grotto. Many bars, shops and restaurants aurrounding hotel. Excellent underground car park with elevatorvto all floors of hotel. Highly recommended.

We had a very pleasant stay at Eliseo. The property is very close to the sanctuary. It seemed renovated, compared to others. The beds were comfortable. We chose to park in their parking garage for a fee. It was convenient and felt safe. We will be back.

The property is really close to the Basilica entrance, even with me pushing a wheelchair it was easy.
Staff at the reception especially during the day time is helpful. Gil from the restaurant was also friendly and helpful.
