我們居住206號房間，該房間應該是廁所的下水道有問題，整個房間瀰漫著非常不好的味道，每天外出回來時，必須要把所有的門窗打開才有可以消除一點味道。因為居住的其間比較常約6個晚上，對於這樣的房間安排讓人覺得非常的不舒服。不太推薦此間飯店。

The hotel and the location are excellent. 5 minutes from Montmartre, from restaurants and shops, 15-20 minutes through the beautiful streets of Paris from the center. The staff is very nice.

Clean rooms. Nice little breakfast. Very nice front desk staff. Safe, quiet. Close to metro, lots of good restaurants in area.

Un petit hôtel plein de charme.

It is in a great location with restaurants; boulangeries; fromageries; even pharmacies everywhere. Steps from Anvers metro station, you can go anywhere and everywhere with ease if you have Hotel Gerando as your base. Look up and there she is, Sacré-Cœur. Walk up and enjoy the stores, the view and one of the most charming little pockets of Montmartre. Simply amazing. BUT what makes this hotel truly special is the staff and the top notch service they provide.

Bel hôtel, séjour très agréable grâce aux réceptionniste qui était compétent et aimable. Hôtel est propre. Il est bien situé à côté de Montmartre.

Good little hotel that met all our needs for a 2 night stay in Paris. Comfortable room and bed and breakfast was excellent value for money. Friendly helpful reception staff. Within walking distance of Gard du Nord and very happy with the local area.

La persona en el counter actitud hostil y prepotente. Creo que lo menos que debe hacer un empleado con un cliente es ser servicial y más aún cuando uno es amable y respetuoso. Esa actitud daña la experiencia del cliente que espera pasar un momento relajado en el lugar.

Great hotel!

Très bon accueil dans cet hôtel qui possède une consigne à bagages. Chambre propre, calme malgré sa vue sur rue et petit déjeuner agréable. La salle de bain est un peu petite mais fonctionnelle.

Hadde supert opphold, hyggelige folk som jobber der. Gjorde alt de kunne for at vi skulle ha det bra. Kommer gjerne tilbake hit 😀

Really enjoyed my stay! Easy 10-15 minute walk from Gare du Nord and just a few minutes from a metro stop. Several dining options within a few minutes walk. A 20 minute walk to Basilique du Sacré-Cœur de Montmartre for incredible views of the city. Hotel room had body wash and shampoo, a hair dryer, a safe, hangers, AC, TV and an available iron to use upon request. No issues with our room at all. Hotel staff were all very friendly. Would recommend and will definitely stay here again!

The hotel was in the Monmartre neighborhood with lots of trendy bars, restaurants, and local amenities nearby. We went with our kids and it was easy to walk to 2 different Metro stations to get anywhere in Paris. Breakfast was solid but typical for Europe with breads, pastries, cheeses, meats and muesli. The only concern I would have is the elevator. It was not a problem for us but it requires being able to get up an initial flight of stairs to get in and it holds max 2 people. So if you have mobility problems, this is not the place for you. But overall we thought it was solid for the price, location and breakfast. And it is air conditioned!

False advertising! Website and Expedia page advertise Air Conditioning in every room. This is blatantly false as their AC has been broken for months. In the middle of a HEAT WAVE. They lied and said it will be fixed but it never was and other reviews make it clear this has been an on going issue for weeks if not months. Stay elsewhere during the hot summer months.

Et lille fint hotel, med venligt personale. Det var et lille værelse og lille badeværelse, men virkede nyrenoveret. Jeg tror det var et uheld men vi fik ikke gjort rent/redt senge/skiftet håndklæder under vores ophold. Om aftenen på dag 3 havde vi ikke fået rene håndklæder, men receptionisten kom straks op med et nyt sæt, da vi gjorde opmærksom på det. Beliggenheden er god, tæt på Sacre Coeur og Montmatre, tæt på Metroen til resten af byen.
