Travelled with my sister and this was our accommodation for 4 nights. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom which was newly renovated. The staff crew were beyond accommodating to us, even opening the breakfast early for us.
The location was perfect, very close to the train station, just a 3-5 min walk so getting to our destinations was not a problem for us.

Very near to Gare de Strasbourg and the walk to the major sightseeing spots is acceptable! The room and bathroom are nice and comfy. The only problem is air-conditioning is not available which is quite sickening in hot summer even though there's a fan.

This is a convenient hotel to stay at if you are traveling by train. Two blocks away from the train station. Convenient to cafes and restaurants and La Petite France... very walkable. Rooms are small but TV works and it was clean. Good.

La camera si trova al 5 piano e l’ascensore arriva al 4 piano: la scala a chiocciola non è comodissima per raggiungere la stanza con le valigie. Inoltre la stanza è molto piccola, senza un appoggio per la valigia, con una scrivania minuscola dove è impossibile lavorare. Lo stato di manutenzione è scarso, nel bagno la doccia perde acqua dal tubo e in stanza non è disponibile neppure una bottiglia d’acqua. Scarsa anche la colazione: alle 8.30 metà del buffet è già esaurito e il cibo non viene riportato. Nel complesso, soggiorno molto deludente.

Very close from central station and petit France. I bought 1day tram ticket but didn't need it. Grocery store and cafes are nearby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and smelled like strong air fresher spray. Outside was loud and would not recommend for long stay but perfect for just 1 night. Breakfast was okay. There was aircon in the room but not sure if it was working well. We changed to lower temp but didn't feel like it changed. It was early chilly May so it was not issue.
