Hotel Victoria

Very helpfull staff, good breakfast and very well located

This is a convenient hotel to stay at if you are traveling by train. Two blocks away from the train station. Convenient to cafes and restaurants and La Petite France... very walkable. Rooms are small but TV works and it was clean. Good.

We very much enjoyed the breakfast offering and our room, although small was everything we needed. Very convenient for both the railway station and town

Rooms are very small but clean. Towels could use a refresh. Staff was friendly. Very conveniently located and close to everything and the train station.

Very close from central station and petit France. I bought 1day tram ticket but didn't need it. Grocery store and cafes are nearby. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The room was very small and smelled like strong air fresher spray. Outside was loud and would not recommend for long stay but perfect for just 1 night. Breakfast was okay. There was aircon in the room but not sure if it was working well. We changed to lower temp but didn't feel like it changed. It was early chilly May so it was not issue.

The room was clean and well renovated. The add-on breakfast was incredible and it was nice to chat with other guests.

Travelled with my sister and this was our accommodation for 4 nights. I have nothing but amazing things to say. The rooms were very clean, especially the bathroom which was newly renovated. The staff crew were beyond accommodating to us, even opening the breakfast early for us. The location was perfect, very close to the train station, just a 3-5 min walk so getting to our destinations was not a problem for us.

Great expresso machine, crepes and pastries. Variety of cereals, milks, nut butters. I have several dietary restrictions & was able to have a good breakfast each day. We were there early Spring, still coat weather. The room was warm & comfortable.

Very noisy even with ear plugs. Be prepared. Hôtel faces a pedestrian street.All rooms face the street. It’s close to the train station. Friendly and helpful staff. It’s an older hotel, but clean.

Staff was not as helpful, breakfast was Ok but coffee machine kept breaking so no refill.

The room itself was clean and we loved that we were in the front with tall windows. Staff was efficient but mediocre, and not friendly or helpful

5 minute walk from train station! 5 more mins, and we were in the heart of this beautiful city. Nice rooms, helpful staff, many food options close by

Friendly helpful staff! The room was clean, updated and they have elevator! The location is excellent! Only 3 minutes walk from the train station, convenient to everything, restaurants, cafes, shopping and all the attractions. Highly recommended Hotel Victoria👍

Small but very clean room.

El hotel muy bueno , nos quedamos en una habitación de tres personas pero Expdia solo nos dió un desayuno y tuvimos que pagar los otros dos cuando decía que el desayuno estaba incluido. El baño del cuarto súper incómodo pero el agua estaba caliente . En fin tiene una buen localidad a pasos de la estación del tren.

The ‘’superior’’ room type booked did not live up to expectation. Bathroom super tiny. Asked for quiet room, but was given one next to a busy staircase. Hotel is well situated, only a few steps from the train station and easy walking distance to many attractions.

A lovely hotel in a great location. Everything was clean, the staff were friendly, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. Very convenient with a train station nearby and close to the city center.

Somos una familia de tres y solemos viajar mucho durante el año. Mi experiencia en este hotel fue decepcionante : 1. El personal en general era super pesado y apático (hasta el de limpieza). 2. Calidad- precio, horrible. Pagamos el precio de temporada alta lo admito pero es una ridicules. La habitación esta en un 5to piso (ya lo sabíamos) pero tienes que tomar el ascensor hasta el 4to piso, subir unas escaleras peq. hasta el medio piso, caminar para tomar unas escaleras en caracol hasta el 5to piso luego bajar otras escaleras peq. hasta la habitación. 3. La hab era amplia, no tenis donde colocar la ropa, el baño era del tamaño de una cabina de tren sin ningún tipo de amenidades solo jabón de baño y papel. 4. El desayuno aceptable. No para pagarlo. Positivo: Esta a 4 mins de la estación de tren y puedes accesar caminando a todas las atracciones, restaurantes etc… Repetiría mi estadía. No, es como un hostal con precio de hotel.
