非常糟糕的住宿體驗，房間骯髒噁心，客服人員態度也不友善

地理位置很不錯，這次旅行不論是搭公車或地鐵都非常方便。房間的打掃也做得很勤，不過有時會留下打掃人員濃濃的香水味。大門的自動門僅有內側感應，所以進入飯店需請櫃檯人員過來幫忙開門；剛開始覺得有點麻煩，但後來覺得這樣可以避免閒雜人等進入飯店，也不算壞事。 客房大小不錯，兩人同時打開行李箱都還有空間走動。看得出來有翻新過，但整體還是老公寓的感覺，尤其電梯的狹小程度真的驚人，兩個人就塞滿了，搬行李廂上下樓也僅能一次一人一箱；不過也算是個有趣體驗。浴室的淋浴間不是完全密閉的，很容易潑水出來。客房隔音不太好，可以聽到隔壁房客大聲講話、放音樂。 整體來說住宿經驗算不錯，很有巴黎生活的感覺。

From the moment we walked in the staff was kind, welcoming, and helpful. They allowed us to check in early, pointed us to great food, and got us a taxi. We had a triple room in the back of the hotel which was quiet, clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is perfection! Nearby to plenty of shoppes, food, treats, and transportation. We would definitely stay here again.

The mattress is uncomfortable and the display photo looks better than reality. The lift is small for reasonable use and it is highly likely to walk upstairs for adult with backpack / cabin bag / lugguage.

The AC was not operating and the room was over 80degrees when we checked in. The bed is very uncomfortable and the pillows are even worse. The elevator is VERY tiny. Don’t expect to fit much in with you. Location was nice, staff was great. Hotel was clean. Lots of shops and cafes nearby.

O hotel é muito bem localizado. Da pra fazer muita coisa a pé. Jardim de Luxemburgo, igrejas, panteão. O bairro é lindo e seguro. Pertinho do metrô. O hotel é simples, porém organizado e com funcionários atenciosos e educados. Elevador cápsula, mas é normal. No geral gostei bastante. Recomendo. Quem espera luxo, não é o hotel, mas é bem localizado, limpo, e com equipe excelente.

Take your hard earned money and spend it on literally any other hotel. I can’t express enough how much I regret booking this hotel. The staff member we dealt with at the front desk was beyond rude, dismissive, a liar, and the rooms are worse than many hostels. Our shower didn’t drain and flooded the whole bathroom. This leads me to believe nothing is being cleaned properly. If it was, they’d know the shower wasn’t draining and would have fixed the problem instead of putting more guests in the room. The bed was hard as a rock and also had a giant bump in the middle. And all this for the posted price of 300€/night? Shameful. So again, spend your money literally anywhere else.

Very quiet room, quite spacious compared to other stays in Paris. Several windows brought light from the outside, even in the bathroom. The lift was very tiny though, so not very handy.

Nice front desk, cozy and clean room with newly renovated bathroom, and absolutely superb location at a pretty reasonable price for Paris.

Para os preços de Saint Germain , esse hotel é um bom custo benefício, ótima localização, um bom café da manhã e o nosso quarto no primeiro piso foi bom , eu havia solicitado o andar baixo e fui atendida,os funcionários bem simpáticos , uma observação só para o elevador mínimo , mas bem comum nos hotéis de Paris

Hotel bien situé et personnel sympathique. La chambre etait spacieuse mais mériterait un petit rafraîchissement. La literie était bof en revanche.

La literie est très mauvaise, l'isolation entre les chambres est très faible, voisins bruyants et peu respectueux et pour finir je n'ai pas eu d'eau chaude le premier jour sur une durée de trois nuits. C'est dommage car l'hotel est tres bien placé mais la gestion semble laissé a désirer.
