This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and that's a lot!) The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a lovely bed! Quiet and well set out and the breakfast was perfect. I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and the restaurant around the corner, Rive Gauche is excellent too with friendly helpful staff.

Hotel is situated at a good location within the old town. Nevertheless, taking advantage of this to deny any functionality or care to bathrooms in rooms and to common places in general is just not fair considering the prices being charged. A shower with full mold in grouts or a hand held shower head with broken height adjuster is just simple disrespect to not only the industry being part of, but also to the guest. This is my second stay in the hotel and it's getting worse as time passes. Never again!

This was one of the best hotels I have stayed in (and that's a lot!) The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable with a lovely bed! Quiet and well set out and the breakfast was perfect. Chambre côté Rue piétonne tranquille. L'investissement dans des fenêtres isolantes aurait un impact positif important, y compris au niveau des économies d'énergie. Excellent petit-déjeuner sous forme de buffet libre. Personnel sympathique. Hôtel idéalement situé.

Best location in Annecy that’s located in the heart of the old city and walking distance to everything. Highly recommend hotel if staying overnight or longer in the quaint and fairytale like city in France (Little Venice). The boutique room as expected is small but, has amenities that rivals the bigger hotel we stayed in Geneva. Highly recommend to all. Thank you.
