In general the experience is good. The room is big enough, The only down side was the dinner at the hotel restaurant. The guy at the bar which is also the receptionist was extremely rude. We told him we booked a table. His reply was ‘so?’. We then told him we were early. His reply was ‘so?’. Not sure it’s the right attitude working at the restaurant. Otherwise the rest is fine.

Don’t expect it’s a 4 star hotel… more motel-like Staffs are arrogant, not very helpful But it’s a very convenient location where you can just take the shuttle in front of the hotel to Mont St- Michel

A great hotel to stay for a one day trip to Mont Saint Michel.

Very nice and clean hotel. Staffs are very welcoming. Excellent for guests with parking needs. Delicious food at the hotel restaurant.

離從雷恩坐車的巴士站走路大概五分鐘，對面就是去聖米歇爾山的接駁車站，從山上回來就是直接在飯店門口下車，房間小巧可愛，廁所是木質地板很溫暖的感覺，床也很舒服

The internet in the room is very slow. Other sevices are excellent. The hotel to St. Michel by free shuttle is very convenient.

Shuttle Bus to Mount St. Michel is just outside the hotel. Just remember to get the access code to enter the area.

Best choice stay in Le Mont Saint-Michel. Very convenience and have A good restaurant in next door. We would like come and stay there again.

this hotel is much better than I thought. Staff are so nice that they were willing to do extra things to help their guest. They even help me to book an interesting local tour for me which I enjoy very much. I made good memories there. without their help,I cannot join it in time as i just had one day to spend in st mont michel. I feel super grateful for the staff who helped me. The bed and pillow are super comfortable. Location is supreme. Bus stop to train station is just outside hotel. Bus stop from train station is just across the street. there is free shuttle bus from st mont michel to the hotel til1am. I recommend this hotel to all of you. you would not feel regret for your choice.

I was having an overnight trip with my friend from Paris to Mont Saint Michel. This hotel is located quite near the regional bus station so it is very accessible if you take buses that shuttles between train stations like Dol de Bretagne or Rennes. Besides, hotel staff were all very friendly and informative. Our check-ins were going on very smoothly. We borrowed adapters from them and they handled our requests efficiently and promptly. One of the reason why we chose Mercure Hotel was also because the hotel breakfast included in our package was such a plus. It turned out that we were not disappointed. Food variety was wide with generous amount of coffee and tea. Restaurant staff were super friendly. The room maybe a little bit worn out and dark but the twin beds were still comfortable for an overnight stay. After all, in this area without new investment and renovation, we totally understand that the current hotel dressing standards and amenities are already satisfactory.

Parkplätze im Hotelbereich vor Mt Saint Michel direkt vor dem Hotel, sehr gutes Frühstück, freundliches Personal. Transferbus zum Mont direkt vor dem Haus, aber auch zu Fuss ein schöner Weg.

Bon établissement et bien placé avec de belles chambres, l’extérieur mériterait un rafraîchissement, surtout les accès aux chambres.

Location is great

The stay there made it easy to enjoy MSM. The room was pleasant, parking was easy and the breakfast was good. Only retraction was the fact that we did not get the needed code ahead of time. This caused anxiety and frustration which was eventually resolved but not a smooth process.

Super good location 30 mins walk from Mont Saint Michel. Room was large and very clean, and front desk staff was very helpful. A couple of observations: 1) we couldn’t adjust the heat, so asked the front desk about it and they said they (the front desk) would adjust it and asked what temperature we wanted. They made the heat work for us and that temp stayed the same for the duration of our 2-day stay. 2) A kettle and 2 tea bags along with two paper cups were in the room. My husband and I drank tea the first morning and upon return to our room in the evening, one cup had been replenished and one used empty cup was still there (one original cup was left with the old tea bag in it). Same thing happened with the paper cups in the bathroom-one was used and there was no replenishment (one was still unused). This could be a « green » effort but since the cups were paper there was degradation inside from the previous use.

The rooms were just fine, good size. Lacking on surface space, tiny nightstands, no drawers or dresser space. Parking was plentiful, breakfast was lovely.
