The location can’t be beat. Really liked the staff too. Americans should know the rooms are small by our standards. But they are adorable. There was a little work being done (painting and light construction) and it did not disturb us at all.

Location is the biggest PLUS for this hotel. Close to the beach just with your beach towel and walk across the street and you will arrive NICE beach. Whenever you wanna bath in the sea or jogging at the beach, you will find this hotel's best location.
Also the service is friendly and comfortable experience for us. We arrived early to check in that day and the staff still helped us to find a room that is done check out. The room itself is a bug surprise for us. Totally ok for friends or couple trip with sufficient size for the double room. (If you have a baby, the room might be a little bit too small)
Bathroom is clean with bathtub if anyone wants to relax after a summer beach tan!!
I would def recommend this hotel and would love to have a second stay if I come to NICE again.

绝佳的地点, 后街的Nice老城在夏季是不夜城，海鲜绝佳不应错过！房间很小。前台服务人员态度好，英文还行。酒店很干净，不过这不是个Resort Spa。

Poor room quality. Much much smaller than what they describe. No room to turn after get in, cannot open any luggage. No beach/sea view as describe by hotel. No room service at all. Even borrow a wine glass is difficult and very reluctant after repeat asking. No one to check out in the morning at 7AM! You may not be able to get in late night as there may not have staff all the time, but you need them to open the main door before you can get in! Much worse than what you expect even in a dom/hostel. Not worth the price! I will never use it again!

Room was extremely noisy, badly equipped, dark and claustrophobic. There were also signs of damp and toilet leaked. The hotel did move us to a slightly better room after day one but still barely enough room to open cases. Very bad value considering the cost. Only good thing really was the location

The room was small, but nice. The view was amazing. It was really warm and there was not an option to have AC, so we slept with the doors open. They gave us a fan, but it made horrible noises, so we couldn't use it. The outside noise was very loud with trash pick up and construction. The staff was very nice!

Heel centraal gelegen, echt een ideale ligging. Heel vriendelijk personeel. Enige nadeel is dat er geen airco was en de kamer bloedheet was. Heel weinig geslapen door de warmte. Dat was echt een domper. Het ontbijt is heel basic. Dus een top voor het personeel en de liggen maar een min voor de temperatuur huishouding en ontbijt so so.
