Would recommend and stay again

Location is the only plus. Everything else is 3-star hotel standard. Also no Elevators.

The rooms are very small and not representative of the pictures advertised. We booked two rooms (same price) and the rooms were vastly different. I spoke to reception about this when we checked in and the man was extremely dismissive and rude and told me that if we wanted to move rooms, we should come back to reception each morning and ask. The customer service was not welcoming and I think we only got greeted by reception once or twice during our 5 night stay. (Exception was Shirleen on reception when we checked out was very friendly) Whilst the reception feels modern as you walk in, the rooms are very dated, old and tired. The rooms also have flies in them which were relentless and affected our stay / sleep. The hotel has a good location on the promenade - but that is about it.

Room was not as advertised on Expedia. This indicated a view which was false. When showing reception what pictures were on Expedia, their response was we get this often and have asked them to correct. Unfortunately hotel was fully booked so we were unable to get the room we thought had paid for. On positive side, location was great. We also had a lovely young lady when we check in kindly give us fantastic recommendations to eat at local restaurants. Sorry cannot remember her name. Would definitely recommend hotel but just be mindful when booking through intermediary party what room you will get.

Our room was cleaned and staff very courteous.

The location of this hotel was amazing. Staff were helpful and the rooms were always clean.

Room was extremely noisy, badly equipped, dark and claustrophobic. There were also signs of damp and toilet leaked. The hotel did move us to a slightly better room after day one but still barely enough room to open cases. Very bad value considering the cost. Only good thing really was the location

The rooms allocated were very different to what’s shown in the pictures. We were allocated a very small dingy room.

The location can’t be beat. Really liked the staff too. Americans should know the rooms are small by our standards. But they are adorable. There was a little work being done (painting and light construction) and it did not disturb us at all.

The room was small, but nice. The view was amazing. It was really warm and there was not an option to have AC, so we slept with the doors open. They gave us a fan, but it made horrible noises, so we couldn't use it. The outside noise was very loud with trash pick up and construction. The staff was very nice!

Nice boutique hotel with good basic rooms. Excellent comfort on the mattresses. Right on the promenade and at the foot of the old city.
