Good breakfast for business trip, i would love to stay and recommand to colleagues.

La struttura ha delle carenze, bagno con il lavandino che perdeva,3 sopratutto tessere che si magnetizzavano dopo poco e che costringevano ad andare in portineria per riattivarle, complessivamente non alto il livello del servizio

The staff at the Mercury Hotel were very friendly and helpful, and that was definitely the highlight of our stay. One positive aspect was the location. It was close to a shopping centre, so everything you need is nearby. The connection to Paris was also convenient, with Uber costing around €20 one way. However, overall the hotel felt quite outdated. In our room there were signs of wallpaper falling off, and we also experienced a leaking pipe in the bathroom, which we reported to the staff. The swimming pool water was very warm, which was nice, but the breakfast was quite basic and not what I expected. Unfortunately, the breakfast staff did not speak English, which made communication difficult. Out of all the Mercury hotels I have stayed in, this was definitely the poorest experience overall.

La chambre est propre, mais elle commence un peu à vieillir (notamment il y a de la moisissure sur le plafond de la 104 côté climatiseur). Le coin SPA est agréable (terrasse, pas mal de sièges ou de transat) ainsi que la piscine (même si elle était trop chauffée à mon goût, surtout que ce week end là il y avait une canicule). Le petit déjeuner était bon mais l'hôtel était rempli, donc il n'y avait pas tous les plats rapidement (oeufs brouillés notamment). De manière générale l'hôtel est très bien situé (près d'un centre commercial, avec beaucoup d'activités et de restaurants) et le parking est assez grand pour se garer facilement. L'hôtel est situé aussi au calme, même si dans la journée il y a parfois des rafales qui passent au dessus

Quelle deception! Pas du tout au niveau s’un Mercire ou d’un Novotel 4 etoiles. Tout est vieillot, mobilier abimé bref ne mérite pas de payer 170€ pour une nuit un mercredi soir. Je n’y retournerai pas

The only good things were clean sheets and good mattresses. Broken light in the bathroom. Falling plastic ceiling in bathroom (room 101) No movies on demand. Eye sore from window (looking at broken dirty ac system) Strong vinegar smell in corridor travelling through the room. Pool was dirty (full of hairs) with dirty slippery floors. The interaction with the afternoon personnel’s was short and abrupt (felt like we were asking for too much, when trying to organise towel for swimming pool) Overall it was not a pleasant stay. Mercure Velizy is outdated, dirty with unpleasant staff. We will never go back there. Beware Photos online isn’t what you will be getting!!

Good hotel and friendly staff. Breakfast was very good. Good location but the hotel need a refurbish because it's very old. That a shame because otherwise it will be 5 stars for sure.

Great shopping and well connected to Paris

Parking payant, annoncé à l’arrivée alors que celà n’est pas mentionné lors de la réservation, le portail de l’hôtel est cassé, on paye donc une prestation pour un parking non sécurisé, Je l’ai signalé à l’hôtesse lors du départ qui ne s’est pas du tout sentie concernée. Chambre à la décoration datée, les papiers peints se décollent; salle de bain datée, la baignoire a été repeinte mais la peinture s’écaillent…. En bref une expérience vraiment pas satisfaisant pour le niveau de gamme et de prix pratiqué.

Tout etait parfait un grand merci à tout le personnel de la restauration, de l’accueil de l’entretien vraiment une belle équipe aux petits soins! On reviendra !

L’état de propriété à revoir Trop bruyant mal isolé

Everything was good except the carpet is filthy.

Personnel adorable et très compétent. Personnel de réception au top (gênés par un groupe de touristes bruyants, le problème a été pris en charge et réglé très vite par le personnel). Même lorsque le restaurant est fermé, il est possible de dîner au bar et les plats sont très bons, le service impeccable. Environnement calme et très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons probablement.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. We loved the optional breakfast, great choices to eat.
