L’état de propriété à revoir Trop bruyant mal isolé

Everything was good except the carpet is filthy.

Personnel adorable et très compétent. Personnel de réception au top (gênés par un groupe de touristes bruyants, le problème a été pris en charge et réglé très vite par le personnel). Même lorsque le restaurant est fermé, il est possible de dîner au bar et les plats sont très bons, le service impeccable. Environnement calme et très bonne literie. Nous reviendrons probablement.

The hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful. We loved the optional breakfast, great choices to eat.

Good location for a stop off but the walls or adjoining doors let in an awful amount of noise from next door guests - so if you’re sensitive to that, may be worth considering a different hotel.

Pour une première fois a Velizy c'etait bien

From check in the experience was exceptionally poor. Had to wait 55 mins to check in as the member of staff was dealing with the family before me and taking forever. Then at check-in, gave my booking number and was ready to pay the fee confirmed with Expedia but staff member advised I had to pay an extra €60 per night of stay = €360. Told staff member this was not mentioned when booking the hotel and I did not have and extra €360. The staff member was ready to leave myself and 3 children on the road with nowhere to sleep as we disnt jave the extra money. After 1 hour negotiations we were allowed to check in. 3 kids were in tears as we had just landed and they were scared we didnt have anywhere to go. The room smelled constantly of urine, especially bathroom. Bath did not drain. Towels were dirty. Pool area was dirty, broken furniture in the very small, dirty outside area. Very limited menu in restaurant that smelt like sewage. Will never stay there again.

Beds were comfortable and breakfast food was great with plenty of choice, the location of the hotel was fantastic as it was nearby public transport for access. Worth the price 👌

Business hotel used for access to Versailles

Pænt rent hotel, med venlige medarbejdere, skønt med mulighed for at hente koldt vand i receptionen til værelset ellers sin tur ud i byen. Gode parkeringsmuligheder. Beliggenheden var rigtig fint, med et flot shoppingcenter tæt på, og nemt transport ind til Paris. Kunne sagtens finde på at booke det igen.

Our stay here was fine. The staff were almost entirely extremely friendly and helpful except for the only man on the late shift who clearly didn’t want to talk to a client for the simplest reason (my card needed to be reprogrammed—for the second time, so maybe I get to be annoyed and not him?). All the women were lovely people. The building is very old and not well maintained and in a fairly industrial business section. But due to the very negative reviews of the restaurant we left the hotel and found wonderful restaurants and boulangerie in a few minutes walk. Great food nearby. The pool was decent enough for a relaxing dip. Very old but still enjoyable. The grate from a ceiling vent fell and made a loud noise during the night. Luckily nobody was under it. They fixed it right away but no comment. I recommend if you get it off the app at a discount. Probably nicer places on the same block.

Le personnel est rare….distant… Fenêtre de chambre bloquée: en cas d incendie , c est catastrophique. L environnement est horrible , difficile d accès , bruyant avec la terrasse des cafés en dessous des fenêtres de chambre ,

Prestation vraiment nul vue le prix afficher petit déjeuner catastrophique je déconseille cet hôtel hôtel très sal hall ascenseur à mon étage sal et puant et je suis vraiment sincère si j’avais pu je me serais fait rembourser sur le champs une vrai mua sue expérience surtout pour un mercure et surtout le prix

Piscine non fonctionnelle pendant deux jours pour réparation et on ne voit pas de travaux ni technicien sur place.

Never been to a hotel before were I was checked in to a room with a broken door. Such a safety hazard. My room door could open without a key. What could have happened if I hadn't noticed.

Heureusement on y est allé dans le jour férié, c’est plutôt calme. Si non comme les autres commentaires, il y a des travaux autour, ça doit être très bruyant et perturbé la circulation ! Il y avait une ampoule dans la chambre qui ne marche pas, et il n’a pas non plus les ponchos pour aller à la piscine. Le petit déjeuner est pauvre, ne mérite pas au prix 12e/personne !

Nickel l’hôtel et le personnel super sympa

Very good in general. The pool was closed The aircondition in the fitness room didn't work. It was only fan, not cooling. I took half board. The menu doesn't offer many choises and it is the same menu for all week.
