Location was great though a little difficult to get to. Very nice accommodations

Perfect location, 10 star breakfasts. Very comfortable bed and excellent shower. I would even give the teabags in the room 10 stars . Will definitely book this hotel again .

Great location in the center of the town and you can walk to all the sights and restaurants but I didn’t know that you had to have a code to enter the street where the hotel is located. Parking space is tight.

Prachtige locatie met parkeergelegenheid midden in het centrum van het historische Rouen. De kamer was zeker niet slecht, maar perfect is anders. De koelkast op de kamer werkte niet, ook na melding hiervan was dit niet opgelost. De airco was door het hotel uitgeschakeld, want 'het was niet warm genoeg'. Niet prettig als je op de bovenste verdieping verblijft, je wilt het 's nachts graag wat koeler hebben. Advies was dan maar het raam te openen, met gratis concert van postduiven die pal voor ons dakraam hun verzamelplek gevonden hadden. Oh ja, een kop koffie voor 17h in het restaurant was een nogo, maar gelukkig plenty koffiebarretjes in de directe omgeving. Fitness was OK, gratis water in de lobby (bruis en plat), koffie en thee op de kamer....veel was goed, maar niet alles. Maar de prachtige oude binnenstad van Rouen compenseerde dat meer dan volledig.

Malgré un préenregsitrement signalant l'arrivée d'une personne handicapée à 14h, la chambre n'a été à disposition qu'à 15h15. Un parking disponible en centre ville, mais uniquement aux toutes petites voitures.

Ottimo albergo, più in centro che in centro non si puo'. Pulito, personale disponibile, molto consigliato. Unica pecca la colazione: se volete farla in albergo costa lo sproposito di venti euro a persona!

All was good. You should warn guest if they are driving to phone the hotel and get directions into garage. Gps will take you on circles.

We had a really bad experience at Mercure Rouen Centre Cathedrale. The service in the restaurant was among the worst we have seen in all our life. In the end when paying the bill the guy had the cheek to ask us we wanted to sign a separate bill for the tip as he could not add the tip to the main bill! We firmly and politely said no. That experience just ruined our whole stay and we cannot give any better marks than what we have done. We would appreciate it if the hotel could reply and include an e-mail address to a manager to whom we can send a more detailed feedback of our experience.
