We arrived well before check-in, and the staff were happy to store our luggage securely for the day, which was much appreciated. We were also given a ground-floor room as previously requested.
I was travelling with a smoker and found the smoking arrangements easy and straightforward—much more so than in Australia, and similar to what we experienced elsewhere in Europe.
There was some confusion in the morning, as no one seemed able to confirm the cost of breakfast, so we chose to skip it and eat elsewhere.
The room was comfortable and perfectly adequate for our one-night stay, and the hotel’s location was very convenient—especially being so close to the Place d’Italie metro station.

La chambre est propre : seul bémol les toilettes sont trop basses ! Les personnes sont très sympathiques . Nous avons laissé notre bagage en quittant la chambre le matin et l'avons récupéré l'après-midi sans aucun souci. Très bien !

房間很小，三人房把沙發床打開後，幾乎已無走路的空間。早餐場地也很小，食物選擇也不多。附近是義大利區，但最近的超市也要800公尺左右，大概只有KFC跟McDonald's開比較晚。

Fantastisk renhold. Allerede dag nr.1 kimmer det folk for å vaske vinduer, skifte håndkler og selv om vi sier det ikke er nødvendig med sengeoppredning kommer de innom når vi er ut og fikser alt. Samme Fantastisk service i 4 dager
