Reception staffs are nice and friendly. Room are clean. Just it's located on high street and opposite of pubs which our room environment is noisy and our rest was disturbed. Also, parking space s limited and has to be pre-booked but it didnt mention during booking through hotel.com

This is a lovely hotel in a lovely town centre. I was very impressed. The room was spotless, comfortable and warm. The breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Thank you for a great stay.
The hotel is only a 15 minute spin to the ferry.
We didn’t manage to get hotel parking, as it was already fully booked, but I parked on a nearby street and would have no hesitation in doing so again.
My wife and I were so impressed by Calais and the hotel that we plan to go back and stay for a few nights.

Ménage pas fait juste les poubelles, pas de lit fait, pas de gel douche dans la salle de bain, lumiere qui clignote dans la chambre, compliqué de mettre le chauffage, pas de verres ni de mouchoirs dans la chambre.
