房內的衛生程度不能令人滿意，而且執房員常常忘記添加水及紙巾，要提醒才能補給，也沒有給房間吸塵，要提醒才做

お部屋も素敵で もう少し滞在したかったです。 バルコニー付き、お部屋もインテリア可愛くて、次回も必ずこちらに宿泊したいです。

Le petit déjeuner est excellent, le meilleur que j'ai connu et je peux comparer.

La stanza era perfetta per le nostre esigenze. Arredata in modo minimale, ma con tutto il necessario. Anche i letti erano molto comodi. Il personale era gentile e disponibile, specie quelli del bar/ristorante. Viaggiando con una bambina abbiamo apprezzato molto che fossero disponibili seggiolini e ci fosse la possibilità di riscaldare le pappe. Unica nota negativa è stata la signora al check in in albergo che non si è minimamente interessata se fosse pronta la nostra stanza o meno, nonostante le nostre richieste visto che viaggiavamo con una bambina piccola

Propre élégance et confort

I’ve stayed at Le grand quartier many times now. I come to Paris very often for work, so I have stayed at them all from low, mid to high level. I’ll be very honest, the hotel interior design is not my ideal taste. The rooms are a good size and location is also okay with easy access to different lines on the metro. What really makes a difference is Aly at the front desk. I have never encountered such a sincere and welcoming hotel staff. She is such a professional but also very kind to every guest. Because of my work I often need a bit extra service, because I am receiving and sending many samples from press offices. Most of the time it’s a huge annoyance and inconvenience to hotel staff. So I try to be as respectful and also helpful myself as I possible can to make the whole process easier. Honestly most hotel staff at even more luxurious hotels don’t care if you live or die. Most of the time great welcome but if you need anything out of the ordinary, it’s not really their problem. I totally understand, having worked in the service industry for many years. However Aly‘s positive attitude and willingness to help is outstanding. She makes it seem like it’s her greatest pleasure to help you find a solution. You never feel like you are bothering her, even though she is handling multiple tasks and check-ins at the same time. Because of her I continue to come back. Had the service just been okay, I would probably just pick another one.

Chambre impeccable, lit confortable, grande salle de bain, climatisation, fenêtre sur cour donc très calme, bouilloire et machine à café à dispo dans la chambre. Personnel accueillant et attentif.

Clean room. Good quality bed linen and towels. Rich breakfast but eggs were cold.
