The room is big, but lack of furniture. We have 2 persons staying in the room. But there is only 1 chair, no sofa. I got an additional chair (probably from restaurant) after my request. There is no desk, but only a self attached to the wall to hold the stuff. No heading board for the beds. The bed side tables were simply metal coffee table. In the toilet, again no table top, very limited space to put my toiletries. No towel rack, but only 2 hooks. No place to put the towels. And no hand towels available. And in fact, no place to put as there is no table top.

该酒店地理位置不错，交通方便，早餐过得去，但员工素质不敢恭维。我们曾向酒店前台询问如何去图卢兹太空城，告知只能坐出租车，实际上有公共汽车可抵达或在附近。我们还曾问图卢兹有几个机场，告知只有一个，实则有两个。
我们最为关心的是，我们已经离店两天了，为何还不将100欧元的押金退还（信用卡支付）。在离店的时候，店员可是说马上办理退换手续的。
