Really enjoyed my time at River Side Hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the city, and the hotel has a charming boutique feel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Liked huge 4k TV. Staff were friendly and always willing to help with recommendations and transportation. Breakfast was fresh with plenty of options, and the rooftop terrace was a great spot to relax in the evening. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Tbilisi.

The staff were amazing throughout our stay — very friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help, which we really appreciated.
However, the breakfast could do with more attention and improvement as the selection and overall experience felt quite underwhelming.
The property itself also needs investment and upgrading. On our first night, there was a horrible smell coming from the bathroom which made the experience really unpleasant. Thankfully, the staff handled it professionally and got it fixed the next day, but that first night was honestly difficult.
The bathroom also needs a complete refresh. Every time we showered, water would flood onto the bathroom floor, which became frustrating very quickly. Then, two days before we checked out, the shower door broke as well.
Overall, while the staff made a great impression and did their best to help, the maintenance and condition of the property unfortunately let the experience down.

I had a wonderful stay at River Side Tbilisi Hotel. The location is perfect — right in the heart of Tbilisi, within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and the Old Town area. It made exploring the city incredibly easy and convenient.
The rooms were very clean and well-maintained. Housekeeping did an excellent job every day, and everything felt fresh and comfortable. The bed was especially cozy, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone visiting Tbilisi. Excellent location, friendly staff, clean rooms, and a very comfortable stay. I would definitely recommend it and look forward to coming back again!

Had a great stay at Riverside Tbilisi Hotel! The place is super Instagrammable, especially the restaurants — perfect for photos any time of day. Everything was really clean and well looked after, from the room to the common areas. The vibe is cozy but stylish. Breakfast was a highlight: lots of choice, fresh food, and really tasty coffee. The location is great too, easy to walk around and explore the city. Would 100% stay here again!
