Center of center Berlin! Nothing wrong, everything is perfect in Adlon!

這家飯店在布萊登門的旁邊，附近的交通非常方便，而且環境飯店的房間非常乾淨清潔，早餐也非常的棒，住宿品質有有5星級，在11月住宿費用並不貴。

This hotel I think is overrated. The room fixture was a bit dated. The shower room was very small. Some of the tiles was broke. The shower gel is bottle is too small. Is very difficult to pour out the conditioner. They should consider change to brand or do something. Good thing about this hotel is Hotel is located at a very good location. The breakfast was very good. Staff is good (especially Lorena at the check out desk). I wrote a check in bad experience and they immediate response and sent me a bottle of wine for apology. Very responsive.

Esattamente un hotel magnifico vecchio stile, ma con tutti i servizi. Comodissimo per appuntamenti durante il festival di Berlino.

Die Schalter vom Wc muss man erst mal finden

Terribly old hotel, was put in the residence which is extremely dated and extremely far from the reception and faces an internal courtyard with no light. Curtains didn’t close and AC didn’t work. They have a cassette player

J’ai passé un excellent séjour à l’Adlon Kempinski à Berlin. L’emplacement est tout simplement exceptionnel, juste à côté de la Porte de Brandebourg et à distance de marche de nombreux sites emblématiques de la ville. L’hôtel allie élégance, confort et histoire d’une manière vraiment unique. Le service a été remarquable dès mon arrivée. Le personnel est professionnel, attentionné et très accueillant. J’ai particulièrement apprécié les petites attentions tout au long de mon séjour, qui ont rendu l’expérience encore plus agréable et mémorable. Les chambres sont magnifiques et très confortables, et l’atmosphère générale de l’hôtel est à la fois luxueuse et chaleureuse. Les options de restauration sont également excellents. Je recommande vivement cet hôtel à toute personne visitant Berlin et j’y séjournerai avec grand plaisir lors d’un prochain voyage.

What a gigantic disappointment. This hotel seems to have been last renovated on the 1980s. It is shabby, dirty, run down and completely outdated. The room is ho-hum . The bedroom chairs were so worn that the arms actually had holes in the fabric, and rubbed in dirt all over the chairs, the bathroom was tiny and really cheaply made. The bed super uncomfortable. Th TV remote control was so cheap that we could not even read the letters on it. The tv dido not work for the 2 nights we were there. The phone charging contraption near the bed never worked. It had 2 charger cords each 5 inches long. Neither worked and the instructions for the silly device were written in microscopic letters , impossible to read and in german. The staff is hopeless and unhelpful. This entire place needs a major major renovation. It is like staying in a 1985 hotel on the 21st century . Frustrating and awful .

Die Zimmer sind sehr hochwertig und stilvoll; das zieht sich durchs ganze Haus. Das Personal ist hervorragend geschult, sehr zuvorkommend und extrem höflich. Noch nie habe ich eine solch große Menge an Petsonal gesehen. Ein wundervolles Haus; die Lobby lässt Augen leuchten. Es ist alles recht hochpreisig aber der Service und die Atmosphäre entschädigt dafür. Klare Empfehlung um sich oder jemandem etwas Gutes zu tun.
