浴室暖氣架以及房間暖氣都不能用，即使換了電池也不能用，也沒人願意修到好 角落都有蜘蛛網，不是很乾淨 隔音不是很好，尤其地面層的房間，關門都會很大聲 而且一定要3點才可以入住，即便提早一點點到也要加錢 地面層的房間要往裡面走，中間會經過很奇怪的通道，那邊又有一個出口，很多奇奇怪怪的人會在外面抽菸、喝酒、大聲聊天？？？讓人不禁懷疑飯店跟住宅混在一起？有點治安疑慮 但櫃檯有免費咖啡跟牛奶，還不錯 退房時的小姐服務很好，幫我解決問題，唯一讓我感到開心的一刻吧，他叫Teresa?有點忘了

Very good location for sightseeing, tidy and friendly staffs, except for its low WiFi.

Wir waren dort über das Wochenende des DFB Pokalfinales. Der Äußere Eindruck des Hotels spiegelt definitiv nicht den Zustand im Inneren wider. Die Fassade könnte vielleicht etwas Liebe vertragen, um den Ersteindruck des Hotels zu verbessern. Im Hotel drin war alles schön sauber, das Personal war sehr höflich und das Zimmer war auch sauber und in einem guten Zustand! Einziger Kritikpunkt wäre, dass sich das Zimmer morgens bereits sehr stark aufgeheizt hat, da die Fenster leider zur Ostseite gingen und an dem Wochenende der Sommer erstmals richtig kam. Klimaanlage gab es keine, wodurch die Temperatur im Raum dann ab ~7 Uhr bereits schätzungsweise ca. 24° oder mehr hatte, da ist es dann leider nicht mehr so angenehm, weiterzuschlafen :D Da wir abends beide Tage erst spät ins Zimmer zurück kamen, konnte man vorm Schlafen dann noch lüften, um die Temperatur zum Schlafen ausreichend zu senken. Die Lage des Hotels war für uns gut, es war immer sehr ruhig und nach ca. 10 Minuten Fußweg war man bei der U-Bahn Station, Supermarkt und was man sonst alles brauchen könnte. Auch die Anbindung zum Olympiastadion/Theodor-Heuss-Platz war zeitlich angenehm. Kann das Hotel somit guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen, wir würden definitiv wieder kommen! Vielleicht gibt es ja in Zukunft irgendwann noch eine Klimaanlage, dann kann man vielleicht auch noch ein wenig länger schlafen ;)

This is a great base for Berlin close to the Zoo. Modern, friendly interior, good value, great beds and our room faced the very quiet inner courtyard - we could sleep with an open window. They contribute profits to the Ernst Reuter Fund for democratic initiatives, which adds to the feel good factor. Didn't use breakfast but looked good standard. Helpful and friendly receptionist.

Excellent value for the single or busy traveler. Close to S-Bahn & U-Bahn stations, shops, & restaurants. Breakfast was delicious & fresh, mostly bread, meats & cheese. Rooms were well maintained & clean, with a small patio, with comfortable beds. Slightly small for US travelers, but still cozy.

Friendly hotel near the Berlin zoo. Staff were very attentive. Plenty of nice eateries near by

The hotel is very clean and welcoming. Only a short walk to many restaurants and bars. Absolutely recommend this hotel.

All good, nothing to complain about.

Hotel doesn’t look great from outside but was clean, affordable, near a transit stop, and had great staff. I would stay there again, just unfortunate that from the outside it doesn’t look great. Was hesitant when we walked up but once we were through the doors it was great.

Todo perfecto! Zona increíble hay muchas tiendas cerca con muchos restaurantes! y atención al 100%

Hôtel et prix convenables 3*; Check-in facile, chambre prête à 13h, pas loin à pied de Kurfürstendam, de Tier Garten, du Zoo, des restaurants pour le petit dej et pour le soir dont Alpha House, resto grec Niko Ja, italien Sorriso et plusieurs autres. Salle de bain et chambre petites, surtout pour 2. Cuisinette offrant seulement micro ondes et frigo, pas d’ustensiles ou autres, ni machine à café. Quartier calme et sécuritaire.

Hyggeligt hotel, med god morgenmadbuffet. Badeværelset var dog ikke ret stort. Hotellet ligger i god afstand fra Berlin Zoo og Tiergarten

Schöne Zimmer, gemütlich und ausreichend groß. Leider ist die Lage jedoch schlecht. Es ist ruhig, alles ist aber mit einem längeren Fußweg verbunden.

The hotel can appear slightly warn down when seeing it from the outside but inside everything are nice and rooms are clean and decent size. The breakfast buffet has plenty of different products but of average quality - and e.g. the constituency of the scrambled eggs were off. If it had not been included in the price it had not been worth for the separate price for me. I would have gone out to find a bakery or cafe. If you are by car remember to reserve one of the parking permits in advance otherwise parking is a bit expensive.
