We spent one night at this hotel after a long day of exploring from Innsbruck, through Garmish and into Fuessen. The rooms were nice and cute, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were spacious. The layout of the building is strange, but nothing to cause any alarms or negative comments.
One of the two rooms we received had a balcony, while the other had windows overlooking the inner square area, which included the restaurant below. Both were great!
The staff were so polite and kind during check in and shared helpful information regarding parking, nearby restaurants and attractions. Speaking of restaurants, there are plenty of those nearby. One at the hotel, along with several within a two minute walk.
The close proximity to Neuschwanstein and Hohenschwangau castles was a definite bonus when choosing to book this hotel.
Definitely recommend.

溫馨的歐式旅店，方便參觀新天鵝堡。早餐不錯丶晚飯送一杯汽酒，像迷宮又上又落梯級，火車站及往新天鵝堡的巴士站在5分鐘步行距離外，建議增添熱水煲，有空調，開窗會比較嘈吵

飯店比較老舊不過對面就是市中心，走路散步逛街很方便，早餐算是平均水準，以四星飯店的標準來說，停車不貴10歐一天。
特別的是飯店三溫暖的開放時間只有下午三點到晚上九點，很多房客應該都使用不到⋯

The recipient is nice but did not hand us Fussen Card until we asked so when we checked out.
Rooms are spacious. View is good. We can see the castle in the old town.
Found some dirt / hair on clean bed sheet may be caused by static electricity?
Breakfast buffet is not bad, but not good given this hotel is supposed to be one of the top hotels in the area. Some dishes were not clean enough. I don't understand why cold-cut such as sausages were sliced with plastic package still on it.

Henkilökunta kiireistä repassa. Saatiin huonot ohjeet pysäköintiin ja huoneeseen. Huoneessa paikat vähän rempallaan mm ovi rikki alaosasta, hieman likaista ja vanhaa. Siivoojat oli huoneessa aamupalan jälkeen, vaikka oltiin lähdössä heti aamupalan jälkeen.
