When we arrived the hotel, the staff haven’t inform us about the refurbishment of the breakfast area until we asked. Some of them don’t have a good mood. Also due to the refurbishment, there are no water boiler and cups in the room. It will be better if they could add a fringe in the room. Besides, it will be much better if they could have shower gel and shampoo separately. Overall, there are many restrictions without the breakfast bar

The staff were very unhelpful , wouldn’t provide instant coffee , despite a kettle in the room .. only tea apparently, the fridge in the room would work sporadically .. even refused to give me dental kit ..and no shower caps … definitely not worth the money

The staff was terrible when we got in the room was the furthest from the elevator and we asked to change rooms and they said no and their were plenty of rooms that they could have changed, because you could see all the rooms that hadn't checked in yet. the place needs a serious update it smells. There was mold in the bathroom that was painted over.

Das Personal war sehr nett, Frühstück war gut, für jeden was dabei. Man war in 10min fußläufig in der Innenstadt. Es ist ein älteres Hotel, aber sehr sauber.
Zweckmäßig eingerichtet.

Einziger Kritikpunk: auf dem Frühstücksbuffet sollte auch mal das MHD von Frischkäse, Senf, Becel usw. kontrolliert werden. Zum Teil deutlich überschritten
