雖然外觀看起來較舊，但內部裝潢很新穎，服務人員非常非常好，提供充足的幫忙及協助。 因為旅館樓層不高，旅館本身沒有電梯，這次入住在2F，旅館接待的男性服務員竟然直接幫忙把超大行李箱搬到房間內，非常感謝他。 在check-in 時，針對鄰近景點、地圖、房內無線上網、旅館咖啡設施等也提供了非常充足的說明，是其他旅館所沒有主動提供的，非常推薦! 客房/飯店清潔度: 很好，裝潢新穎且空間充足。 服務品質: 很好，是這次德國行入住的5間飯店裡最令人滿意的 飯店設施: 很好，還另設有24小時的熱水區，提供免費茶包及咖啡，小地方的用心讓人很滿意!備有旅館自己的停車區也很加分!早餐也是沒得挑剔。 飯店位置: 開車到新天鵝堡需10分鐘，還提供購買新舊天鵝堡票的折價劵，很適合自駕的旅客，另外也鄰近其他景點，去富森的話很推薦入住!

整體感覺很好，舊城區景點走路約10分鐘可達，服務人員都親切有禮，並主動服務，貼心告知可能的需求。非常適合開車自由族。

酒店位置有一點遠離火車站 但乂部分酒店集中在那位置 接待員非常有善 更握手自我介紹 而且英語十分流利 亦用心介紹附近景點和餐廳 房間整潔 也舒適 亦有暖管 使房間溫暖 唯燈光較暗 但整體感覺還不錯

An excellent hotel with spacious bedroom, free wifi, breakfast and sauna. Family members who serve in the hotel are all nice, friendly and helpful. The only defect is its 20 minutes walking distance from the train station.

We spend only 2 nights there, but found that it is a lovely place to enjoy holidays. It's very easy to go and close to the old town. The path is just next to the river. Also, there is a hiking route to Austria, it takes you just about an hour to walk, we enjoy the nature very much!!

I spent wonderful three days holiday in fussen... The room was clean new n comfortable. The staff is very nice with good smile.. The hotel is very beautiful. I will stay in jackob again when I come to fussen :)

Ich hatte ein schönes kleines Hotelzimmer mit Terrasse das mir sehr gefallen hat. Ich konnte leider nur spät anreisen können, aber das war kein Problem da mir mein Schlüssel im Tresor am Eingang hinterlegt wurde. Ein einwandfreies Hotel das ich nur empfehlen kann.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die nähe zur Altstadt ist echt super.

Das Haus ist äusserst modern,Zimmer in tadellosem Zustand,alles sehr sauber.Angenehm kleiner familiärer Rahmen,Frühstüchsbuffet bestens sortiert.Genügend Parkplatz vorhanden!Sehr positiv das ländliche Ambiente,Fußweg entlang des Lech zum Zentrum Füssen max.15 Minuten

We arrived at Jakob after visiting the castles and was greeted by Magnus whose family owns this inn. It is quaint and well kept and it shows. The room was a nice size and comfortable. It was simple and clean and we enjoyed our stay. There is no elevator so you must be able to climb stairs to the rooms. Magnus was kind and carried my suitcase to our room. He also recommended restaurants and we loved the food and ambiance. The downtown is a short walk. The breakfast is ok, not great. Everyone at this inn is very friendly and helpful. I would stay here again.

Clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and spoke enlglish but were happy to tolerate my attempt at German until I got stuck

Loved this little hotel. Although it’s a bit of a difficult walk to get here from the station, once here it’s all great! The service was really good. Breakfast was included in our room booking and was a simple but hearty fare! The marble cake was amazing! Would definitely stay again if ever come back to Fussen and maybe request room with a balcony :)

Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Sehr saubere Unterkunft, reichhaltiges und sehr abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Angenehmer Aufenthalt, äußerst empfehlenswert. Gerne wieder.
