酒店位置很好，服务人员很热情！

Wir sind ganz begeistert von diesem Hotel. Das Hotel wirkt sehr modern, sauber und elegant. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Habe noch kein Personal, außer im Novotel in Wien , dass allesamt so eine nette Ausstrahlung haben und so darauf bedacht sind einem den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen. Man spürte,dass sie mit Freude und Engagement bei der Arbeit sind. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist grandios. Sehr viel Auswahl, sehr frisch und lecker. Danke an das ganze Hotelteam für diesen Aufenthalt.

Parksituation leider schrecklich und auch sehr teuer wenn es nur noch das Parkhaus unterm Hotel sein kann. Zum späten Nachmittag alles besetzt oder reserviert für Bahlsen. Ein Fahrstuhl leider defekt und bei dem anderen eine Störung. Kosmetikspiegel abgebrochen. Frühstück war reichhaltig und das Küchenpersonal sehr nett, wenn auch nicht super schnell. Zimmer war gut, Rituals Duschbad usw. Außerdem doch ziemlich groß für 2 Personen. Gewünschte Aussicht war OK.

Chain hotel. Relatively new. Room perfectly adequate size for this level of hotel. Only one person at Reception, but it was a Sunday. We did not have to wait but saw a queue later. Our room only had towels for one (we were a couple) which was a bit irritating. Car park is a public car park with an entry into the hotel. It is, as others have said, crazily expensive - €30 + per night. Finding the hotel was tricky as satnav told me I had arrived at the car park, which shares the address. One side of the hotel has scaffolding and curtain, which makes it difficult to spot. The thing that really surprised us was the restaurant. We had low expectations and the limited menu reduced them further. But we had driven from England and were too tired to go out looking for a restaurant. At first we were the only clients and then another couple arrived. I order the smashed burger and my wife ordered beef cheeks. Both dishes were excellent. Well cooked, tasty and well-presented. The server was very friendly as well. Quite amazing, in a good way!

The location is good, room was fine but outside was still under renovation work.

Schöne Hotel ein wenig veraltert.

Schönes Hotel. Mit der U-Bahn super erreichbar. Tolle Zimmer. Gemütliche Betten. Sehr gutes Frühstück!

Läget är bra när man vill utforska Hannover Bra rum och frukosten var ok tyvärr så var äggröran och baconet kallt varje morgon

We checked in and out with a real person which was welcoming. The hotel was clean and efficient in a great area with lots of local shops and cafes and bars to get food, with fantastic transport links and easy access to the Eilenriede wooded pathways where you can walk/cycle from one end of the city to the other. We chose the hotel to be near to friends in the area. If you arrive much after midnight either on arrival or after an evening out, then you have to ring the doorbell to be let in. We were pleased there was some security but felt that this could be done better as it wasn’t always clear that the bell had rung and sometimes the staff were slow to respond. Breakfast was a large array of hot and cold savoury and sweet buffet style. All nicely presented. Bedrooms were well proportioned with excellent storage, the option of a minibar fridge (buy in contents) and options of other hotel facilities. Large screen tv. We had a twin room and I found the bed a bit firm for my liking and the bedding felt a bit over-starched or rough. But it was comfortable enough. We also had a window which opened on a security latch as well as air-conditioning though couldn’t cool the room below 18 degrees at night. Bathroom had a lovely rainfall shower with alternative flexible showerhead. All was clean. All information regarding hotel was found on TV menu so it lacked the personal touch a bit as we weren’t told anything more about the facilities in person apart from breakfast. Lovely hotel.

Very nice hotel in a quiet part of town. Clean and well maintained. I would stay there again.

주차장이 없어요. 대중교통 이용은 편하고 가까운 곳에 좋은 식당이 많아요.

The hotel advertises there's a gym. But it didn't have electric power, and when I asked the reception he said it will automatically start at 7:00 AM. I asked why? he said "for your safety"! I am not sure how 7:00 AM is not safe, but 7:01 is safe... Anyways the other smarter receptionist said they can't start it until 7:00 AM because the gym is located between the rooms. So this is a Hotel Design flaw. Lastly, if my working day starts at 8:00 AM, then this gym is practically useless.
