The staffs are very friendly, the room is also good. Location is also close to center, so very convenient for center tour.

Excellent. The room is very good.

Very clean room with 60 inch TV. The location is a little far to city center but still okay to walk beside the river if the weather is okay.

Lovely clean comfy room. Easy 30 min walk along the river to the hotel from central station. I slept so well, I didn't have time to have the included breakfast. Staff on reception at check in very welcoming and I was able to check in a little early which was great.

Frühstück war gut und nicht so weit in die City zu Fuß

Room was clean but so small for 2 adult + 2 child. Hotel did not put baby cot desoite requesting one.there were no amenitşes in the room for any of us , including the baby. We had to requested from reception.

Not enough pillows

The gym was a bit poor. The rest was excellent especially for a family of 2 daughters like us

We only needed a bed for the night as we were attending a concert. The bed was large, clean and very comfortable. The staff was very accommodating. We needed a taxi to get to the venue and they had one for us within 3 minutes. Fresh water, still or sparkling on demand at the front entrance. Shower snd restroom were cleaned and well stocked. The AC wotked great. We were comfortable all night. Fresh nespresso or tea in the AM. Would definitely stay there again

Gute Lage am Rhein, Südstadt aber auch Dom zu Fuß gut erreichbar.

Nettes Personal, top Zimmer, Frühstück überdurchschnittlich gut, ich komme wieder.

Das Zimmer war sehr gut. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der gute Service, auch an der Bar. Bei der Ankunft kurz vor Küchenschluss kümmerte man sich darum, dass ich noch was zu Essen erhielt. Besonders den Barkeeper Vahit und Lisa Marie möchte ich positiv für das Engagement hervorheben. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war sehr vielfältig und gut. Jederzeit wieder. Einziges Manko ist die mangelnde Anbindung an das Bahnennetz der KVB. Allerdings ist man sehr schnell zu Fuss in der Südstadt und das Hotel liegt direkt am Rheinhafen. Dennoch - volle Punktzahl.

Everything was good, breakfast and room was fine. Service at Bar & Restaurant was perfect and your waitress were kind and helpful! Garafe was good and easy to access. All the best!!

The reception staff were friendly and professional, reception areas very nice. The room was very clean and modern, well paid d out. Would have given 5 stars but the pillows were t good and the bed was a bit firm for me.
