The location of the hotel is excellent, the hotel is very very near the port, is only 10 minutes walk. Although the facilities and the room are quite old , but it is enough for traveler to stay. As it is near the bus station too, it is very easy to get the bus to other area, such as chania.

The hotel location and services are wonderful. However, this hotel is not clean enough. I found some dirt on my kettle and table spoon in my room. The quilt is coarse and uncomfortable. It is indeed a three star hotel quality.

We stayed at the older wing of the hotel, the hardware is a bit worn out, eg the shower place doesn't have enough light, the lifts are small and old. But the cleaning and services are nice. View from balcony was gorgerous! We got a seaview room and enjoyed it very much! So glad that we met a very helpful receptionist. Breakfast was good, the glass and cups were a bit dirty though.

Our room was clean, contemporary, beds are comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

Rooms were clean but shower gel and shampoo dispensers were empty. Staff checked us in ut didn’t offer any help or asked if we had any questions. No AC in the lobby and hallways. The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to port , shops, restaurants and several attractions.

Modern, well equipped room with friendly staff and a fantastic location. Included buffet breakfast was a bonus and had great variety. Highly recommend!

Nice hotel, decent location close to local bus station and harbor. Wifi in our room had a poor connection. Elevators a little small, fridge in our room had a weird smell and safe was already locked (only stayed one night so didn't bother). Breakfast buffet was very good and staff very friendly and helpful. Herb garden restaurant on the 4th floor was excellent, nice view and great food.

Best was marina the cleaning lady.

A beautiful hotel in downtown Heraklion. The room was spacious and had a terrace overlooking the harbor. 15 minutes walking to at least 4 great restaurants: Plani, Antipoda, Athali, and Peskesi. Also great rooftop restaurant in hotel. The included breakfast was wonderful. Also all the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Perfect accommodation perfect location centrally located near the port near the bus station near the tourist hotspot staff were lovely. My breakfast was very substantial. 10 out of 10.

Konumu itibariyle Heraklion merkezde ve kale manzarasıyla harika idi. 3 kişilik ailemle yapmış olduğum seyehat neticesinde çok memnun kaldık. Odalar temiz personel çok güleryüzlü kahvaltısı da çok iyiydi. Seyehatseverlere tavsiye ederim.

Really nice staff and great breakfast

Hotel com boa localização. Perto do calçadão, Marina e Porto. Muito bom café da manhã. Elevador ruim, apertado e antigo. Banheiro pequeno. Sem box completo. Molha o piso. Área ao redor do hotel muito escura. Da um pouco de medo à noite. Bom custo/benefício.

The hotel was lovely. Our room was very spacious with a living area and bathroom (with shower) separated by a door from the bedroom with king size bed and another bathroom (with soaking tub). The only challenging part was parking.We had to illegally park to unload the car and then drive it down to the port parking lot. It was about a five minute walk back to the hotel. Unfortunately, the weather was not on our side to enjoy the gorgeous spacious balcony that we had overlooking the harbor and the sea.
