Clean room

From the moment we arrived until the day we left, our stay was absolutely exceptional. The hotel was beautiful, impeccably clean, and offered everything we needed for a relaxing and memorable vacation. What truly made our experience unforgettable was the incredible staff. Every single person we encountered was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely committed to making our stay as enjoyable as possible. Their kindness, attention to detail, and willingness to go above and beyond did not go unnoticed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, the amenities were excellent, and every part of the property was well maintained. It was clear that everyone takes great pride in providing outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the entire team for making us feel so welcome and cared for. We left with wonderful memories and can't wait to return. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and a truly first-class experience. Five stars all the way!

We were wanting a close to the airport option but it takes over 20 mins so not close. The staff at dinner were tricky. We were charged for a meal that was boxed up because it never came. The quality of food was not good compared to any of the options nearby.

What an amazing stay. The view is to die for. Wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place and stunning views. Rooms are outdated and it is about a 1 Hour drive from the city.

I was so upset when I saw the state of this resort. The lobby was absolutely gorgeous with their tile floor but the beauty ended there. The rooms were old and outdated, not to mention our phone and some of our lights didn’t work and there was a hole in the wall. When I inquired about the phone the staff member asked if I wanted it fixed. The hallway and elevator area looked more like Motel 6 than a resort. The food at the restaurant was not good and overpriced. There were only 3 tables available because all the other tables had not been cleaned yet and the workers were just standing around talking. A cat took a whole fish off of one the plates from a dirty table and proceeded to eat it by our table and the staff still didn’t pick up the fish bones. The whole experience from start to finish was horrible and I am so upset that I wasted my one key cash points on this resort. I stayed at a total of 6 places throughout my 3 week travels in Greece and this by far is the worst place I have been in. I almost forgot…the towels were more like rags with frayed and torn edges.

Beautiful place to stay!!

The Place needs help. It feels like they are in transition. Nobody that works hard to make guests feel special. Nobody seems to really care. They’re happy and they want to help, but they aren’t there to make the experience amazing. Everything seemed tired, dirty, and not what you would expect from Greece.

this hotel is not located in central athens like it states... very outdated property .. thankfully i was only there 1 night ... the AC is weak also in the room

Ok hotel. It’s a big all inclusive place that lacks charm. But if you’re ok with that then go. More Florida than Greece.

The receptionists were awful. They did not even greet me at arrival they just asked me for my passport - no good morning no welcome, it was just awful. They did not clearly explained where my room was (and it is not an easy to navigate hotel!), they did not ask if I needed help, they did not explain anything about the hotel, the services and options. They just pointed at page on the desk with the timings for breakfast and lunch. It was just awful. When I got lost I asked the porter and he helped me to find my room. The only nice person at reception. My room could not lock so I had to get maintenance to sort it out, the phone in the room was not working, and since they had not explained the use of the safe (it requires a special card receptions needs to prepare for you) I had to go back again, and get it sorted! The restaurant/bar had welcoming and helpful staff. The spa is very good. And Sophia at the Spa front desk was excellent. The massage was not up to par. It was not really a deep tissue massage. It was costly for a very low quality massage. But the spa facilities are very good and Sophia made up with her kindness for the low quality massage. The taxi tried to charge me 10 dollars more to the airport than the taxi the day before! Overall, this is an ok place that could be lovely but it isn't because the staff is not good enough.

The property was very worn. Carpets with holes in hallway outside our room. Had to call 3 times and wait over half hour for sheets for pull out bed. Prices are way too high for a hotel in the middle of nowhere and totally worn out. Do not recommend.

Great location and beautiful hotel stuff not so friendly or helpful

The room had a beautiful view. The room was spacious and clean. The manager over the hotel was exceptional. She really takes pride in her job! The grounds and the property were extraordinary. A good and must stay!

BUGS!!!! Our room was literally crawling with large ants and pill bugs. On the floor and in our bed. If you’re an etymologist (insect scientist), you’d love this place. The rest of you, not so much. When we told the front desk staff, she passively said “oh yeah”, with barely an acknowledgement, as if she’s heard this before. No apology, no acknowledgement, no indication of a desire to fix the problem. On the positive side, when we arrived late to our hotel (that’s another story) at 11:30 pm, the hotel staff was wonderful in providing us quickly with a salad and pasta, even though the kitchen had closed at 11 pm. Really great of them to do that.

The room was old and musty smelling. The lounge chairs had spider webs and the small tables with the lounge chairs were filthy. The buffet dinner the glasses were dirty and the chicken skewers were under cooked. Disappointing for the price we paid as a Wyndham member.
