Noise! The hotel is located near a disco and we could not sleep because of the music. We were told that on the weekend it stopped at 1:00–no it did not. We were also told that on the weekdays there would not be music—no, there was—all be it, it didn’t go most of the night. For this reason, I don’t recommend this hotel.

The hotel was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. We look forward to returning.

This place checks the rooms before you leave. I spilled food on the sheets obviously by accident. I didn’t think it was a big deal since they SHOULD be washing the sheet after every visit. They charged me $100 US dollars (775 quetzales), I guess to replace? I had no clue why it was so expensive. Front desk, didn’t even know how to charge me. I had to wait until he was able to figure it while my transport was waiting. No where does it say you have to be careful with the sheets. I would have understood if they charged a cleaning fee but looks like they charged me to replace. There’s a bar next door or close by and it’s loud till late. The pool is in the middle so you hear everything. Not a place to relax.

Room 1 shares a wall with reception and all hours of the day and night people are out there talking or ringing the buzzer. There’s also a night club that’s quite loud as well. Location is good but if you’re a light sleeper I would give this one a miss as quiet hours don’t appear to be a thing. Room was clean-ish. There was a large booger smeared across the bathroom wall. Positive: location and staff.

I love everything

This place gave me the ick as soon as they showed me the room. The walls were dirty, the bathroom was not a real bathroom and the shower curtain rod fell on me while i tried to take a shower. The only reason i stayed there for 2 nights was because all the hotels in the area were already sold out due this big religious celebration they do once a year. Staff was nice to try to accommodate us but the place was not what we saw online.

Beds were very hard. Noisy dance bar right next door until past midnight. Nice pool with great view. Casa del Parque claims online and also with local signs to offer breakfast but this is a LIE! When you ask for breakfast they send you with a small discount coupon to a restaurant 4 or 5 blocks away. Only large groups who arrange breakfast several days in advance can get breakfast. They should not be allowed to get away with such a false claim!

Staff friendliness, and always helpful.

Flott beliggenhet! Rommet var lite, wc 1m2, vask 1, 5m2 og dusj 1m2, men det fungerte. Vifte i taket, lite skrivebord med stol, 1 plysjstol. God seng med leselys. Internett på rommet fungerte bare nær døren. I beskrivelsen sto det at frokost kunne kjøpes. Dette stemmer ikke, kun gratis kaffe og te. Bra basseng med noen små sittegrupper og solstoler, daglig rengjøring av bassenget. De fledte av betjeningen var veldige hyggelige.

Location is key, walk to everywhere. They were in a good location for a few days but I wouldn't stay here longer than that. The bathroom door was glass about 2 feet from the head of the bed so no privacy. It did have hot water and good water pressure so that's a bonus... bed was hard. Pool looked inviting even with floor tiles missing. If you like quiet - its not bad during the day but come 9pm the bar next door really gets crankin and it's loud for HOURS!! Most of the staff was super nice though.

Perfect location, super nice staff, perfect view of location. Near bar/ club, in case you are sensitive to noise at night

The hotel grounds were lovely and the staff was very helpful. However, the bar next door made it very difficult to sleep thru the night.
