Great place for me to spend the night waiting for my son to arrive. I took an uber but literally it’s a 5 minute walk to the hotel. I walked over to meet my son. The place is clean and the staff is super friendly. The breakfast in the morning is excellent. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Could use some fresh pain in the bathroom if I really had any complaint.

The In-N-Out hotel of Guatemala City is a fine place to stay. It is clean quiet and has a lovely patio outback. It seems very safe. I have stayed there before and I will stay there again.

Very convenient location from airport. Well secured. Walkable to some of the museums (~20 mins). Large, comfortable room with good beds. Only downsides: my room was next to the lobby so a bit noisy, and no hot water when I stayed there. I left too early to take advantage of breakfast. If you just need a place to sleep before or after the airport (or don’t mind taking Ubers to sightsee/go to restaurants) it’s a great option.

The young lady that took care of us was so nice and polite. The rooms are a bit small but super clean and everything looks remodeled and brand new . The air conditioning is a plus… the room
Also included free breakfast. I needed transportation going back to the airport and paid Q60 wich was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again when I travel back to Guatemala!!
