I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast was also a highlight — there was a great selection and everything tasted very good. Although there is no kettle in the room, the hotel thoughtfully provides hot beverages on the ground floor, which worked well and was a nice touch. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, and comfortable stay.

Great location

The experience of our 3-night stay was so bad. The 1st day is perfect, friendly front desk and good room, then things going strange forward. The first thing is the room cleaning, looks like they have different standard per day, they give whole set of towels and only single one bottle water at 2nd day, then only one single big towel and NO bottle water at 3rd day. The 2nd thing is that I have no idea why this 4-star hotel choose the freezing cold winter to do the hot water maintenance, and just put a single paper on the desk to mention no HOT water from 10pm to 6am at that day which is our 3rd day. Yes, just a single paper on the desk that I didn't notice at all. If the hotel put a bottle water on it then I might better notice that, but even we noticed that, then we still have no time to take shower due to we came back to hotel at 9:30pm... So I figured out no not water during the midnight, and there sill no not water when I got up at 6:30, the mantainese delayed and no clear time for the hot water service. Finally the front desk choosed to call a taxi to send us to another hotel to take a shower. That's really a ridiculous story and crazy experience during a -6°c winter....

Room is clear, staff is nice and helpful.

Good sized rooms, good location

Quarto limpo, equipe atenciosa, amenidades muito boas, tudo muito bom. Apenas uma recepcionista que teve um atendimento mais rude um dia…

God beliggenhed. God morgenmad. Dejligt med gratis kaffe i receptionen. Manglede dog en bar, så man også kunne slutte dagen af med en drink. Bemærk den libanesiske restaurant på stedet har lukket de 3 første dage i ugen. Værelset var ok, men manglede et smart tv, så det kunne streame da der kun var dårlige ungarske, franske og tyske kanaler.

Tolles, gepflegtes Zimmer mit super Bett. Einmaliges, abwechslungsreiches Frühstück. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Man hat sich gefühlt wie "Gott in Ungarn". Vielen Dank an alle fleißigen Helfer in diesem Hotel. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral an einer Prachtstraße. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten sind schnell erreichbar. Danke !!!

Lovely time, the breakfast in particular was fantastic.

The whole stay was fantastic. Staff were a standout. Room was spacious and cosy. The hotel was beautiful and in an excellent location. I had a cat with me and they were very accommodating. The only gripe is better coffee at the breakfast!

Très bel hôtel, très bien situé en situation centrale, chambre très spacieuse et belle salle de bain. Le décor est vraiment splendide. Le bâtiment est magnifique. L'hôtel a dû être rénové il y a peu de temps. En tout cas il en donne l'impression et cela a été fait avec goût. Personnel accueillant et disponible. Boissons disponibles gratuitement pour les clients à tout moment!. Vous pouvez vraiment y aller les yeux fermés, c'est un excellent hôtel.

Lovely stay in Hotel Moments.Hotel is really modern & the reception area is stunning. Staff are really friendly & helpful. Great location as well right in the heart of Budapest with lots of restaurants & everywhere is walkable. Room was clean,very modern & tastefully decorated.Plenty of choices for breakfast & really tasty. I would highly recommend this hotel & would stay again
