I recently stayed at this hotel for a few days and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is excellent — it’s very convenient and within walking distance to many popular tourist attractions, which made exploring the area incredibly easy. The staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay, always ready to assist when needed. Breakfast was also a highlight — there was a great selection and everything tasted very good. Although there is no kettle in the room, the hotel thoughtfully provides hot beverages on the ground floor, which worked well and was a nice touch. Lastly, the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep after a day of sightseeing. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location, helpful staff, and comfortable stay.

Great location

The experience of our 3-night stay was so bad. The 1st day is perfect, friendly front desk and good room, then things going strange forward. The first thing is the room cleaning, looks like they have different standard per day, they give whole set of towels and only single one bottle water at 2nd day, then only one single big towel and NO bottle water at 3rd day. The 2nd thing is that I have no idea why this 4-star hotel choose the freezing cold winter to do the hot water maintenance, and just put a single paper on the desk to mention no HOT water from 10pm to 6am at that day which is our 3rd day. Yes, just a single paper on the desk that I didn't notice at all. If the hotel put a bottle water on it then I might better notice that, but even we noticed that, then we still have no time to take shower due to we came back to hotel at 9:30pm... So I figured out no not water during the midnight, and there sill no not water when I got up at 6:30, the mantainese delayed and no clear time for the hot water service. Finally the front desk choosed to call a taxi to send us to another hotel to take a shower. That's really a ridiculous story and crazy experience during a -6°c winter....

Absolutely loved this hotel. Beautiful old architecture with modern rooms, fantastic complimentary breakfast, 24hr coffee, tea, water station. Hotel is located in high end shopping district which is walkable to all the tourist sites.

Great staff, great location, terrible breakfast. Eggs were so cold you cut them like a pie. Beans were cold. Only oranges and grapefruit for the fruit selection, I would recommend this place but do not get the breakfast included

What an amazing property. The location is fantastic. Everything is walkable. The hotel is very clean, beautiful. We chose a Signature room and loved it. It was comfortable and had a nice sitting chair, and lounge chair too! The air conditioning worked very well— it was quite hot when we were there. I really liked the breakfast area. Good selection overall in a lovely setting!! Staff was so friendly. Also, they have a room off the lobby where you can get complementary water, coffee, tea. This was a nice bonus. Highly recommend overall— would love to stay here again if given the opportunity.

Virag at the front desk was particularly helpful when I needed it in an emergency. Very sympathetic, very organized. She was willing to spend time on the pphone for me, which was vital because I don't speak the language.
