非常惡劣，要收無理附加費，態度非常差！非常失望！

This is the worst place I have ever stayed with. In HK, I paid the hotel tax to hotel.com. and settled all the payment. However, upon arrival, they insisted charge 7 euro hotel tax and refused to give us receipt. Also, before my arrival, I sent two emails to arranging keys collection. There is no reply. I went to the key collection places according to the instruction of hotel.com and found out the office was removed. I thought the apartment was bankrupt. Then I made several local calls and waited in front of the building around 1 hour before the things issue settled. The staff were not nice and helpful. There were also problems with our shuttle arrangement to the airport. This building was old and I don't feel safe to staying there. Down the street were bars and clubs , lots of people was smoking, drinking. There were drugs problems too. However, to be fair, the location is good and inside the room decoration and cleanses are satisfactory.

The location is excellent, however the electronic checkin is a bit of a nightmare. That got better after some practice. This host charged an additional charge of 5.77 Euro, supposedly for some local tax, but it seemed possibly actually for cleaning,, as the cleaning lady was quite keen on collecting. She actually opened my door when I was not fully clothed, this is very inappropriate. I am somewhat impaired and the steps going up to the unit was dangerous for me with very rickety railing. The code worked to get in, but it was a bit harrowing and unsure. I will no longer book any place with NO STAFF, only electronic access. You are taking a chance that it may, or may not work properly. There was no notification ahead of time that there is 2 floors with stairs inside the apartment. This put me at risk and I had to be extremely careful going up and down to the kitchen/bathroom and sleeping area, as I am impaired. Be warned. I felt the placed was overpriced for what it was, but that seems to be general in Budapest. The major plus was the location, close many of the best things and places in Budapest. So, it depends what you value.

The room seemed a bit tired and worn out, the floor was dirty/dusty, the shower didn’t hold a consistent temperature, the bathroom had ants, the fridge was not cold. The biggest issue was that the door did not lock from the inside and the door code wasn’t uniquely mine. The walls were also very thin so I could hear neighbour conversations, music, activities etc. I was unlucky to get the room by the main door so could hear (and feel) all the comings and goings. Finally during check in I could not open the main door. It took 30 minutes for the staff to respond during which time someone else from the building let me in. lock from

Before releasing the codes I was told I would have to pay a late check in fee, none of which was included in the listing If there was any information about this i would have taken it into consideration

Property felt safe and was clean. Slightly confusing getting the codes and checking in but other than that all good!

Love the location and as a semi local I can vouch for it. The rate is fair for a basic type accommodation. As I’ve stayed with them several times in the past I’ll repeat my suggestion: put some basic liquid soap in the shower that you can buy in bulk.

The apartment was two rooms, it had a double bed and a foldout bed, the other room was the toilet and shower,the door code didnt work so we had to try and get hold of someone to helo with that, apart from that it was as expected

I was a bit stressed out as they have very limited support for addressing access issues. I had to pay extra to have the keyless entry code extended. This is the first time what I have ever been asked to pay extra because my flight got delay (totally outside my control).

Lamentable. Habíamos contratado habitación para dos noches, y pagado un extra por si hubiera que cancelar la estadía y así asegurarnos el reembolso. Nos enviaron varios mensajes para que pagáramos previamente un impuesto local, nos terminaron cobrando la estadía completa varios días antes de llegar. Cuando viajábamos desde Viena, hubo un accidente ferroviario que nos detuvo durante horas, y debido a la gravedad del mismo iba a ser imposible llegar a Budapest. Avisamos bastante antes de la hora del check-in, que además insistían para que lo hiciéramos online varios días antes. Tuvimos que contratar hotel en Viena, por suerte conseguimos. A pesar de las comunicaciones con el hotel, y luego de las gestiones que llevó adelante Hoteles.com, no nos otorgaron el reembolso. Nunca más, y lamentablemente por gente como esta ahora le decimos Budapeste. Nunca nos había ocurrido algo así.

Worn room,but good with that price. Check in problems for getting door codes first but finally with whatsapp got contact and service was good.

For an economy stay it's always fine, very basic but so is the price. The location is superb and it's a spacious room. They didn't invest in the look and feel but at these rates I would and couldn't expect that. It's all there, even have A/C. WiFi worked great. One thing I would recommend is that they add soap in the shower, if not bring some soap/shampoo from home.

Was a very nice stay for the price, I cannot complain about that, if you wanted to do an early check in you needed to pay and I tought that was a bit unnecessarily knowing that the apartment was already free for us, we also payed for a cleaning fee which is fair enough! So at the end a cheap stay but it did the job.

Auto check in was not easy especially if you are not aware ( emails was in the junk) but the assistance i had make it easier , the apartment was good and the location is the best if you like the night life (very close to night clubs and restaurants)
