Everything is good except the pillow

飯店在小細節方面處理不佳，晚間9點多向櫃台反映沒有拖鞋，只回覆說找不到，於是當天就沒有拖鞋可以使用直到隔天才補上。浴室蓮蓬頭有污垢，沒有徹底清潔乾淨，且浴室設計有點問題，洗完澡會造成整間浴室潮濕不堪。

We enjoyed our stay at the Novotel hotel. The location was great, just across the Danube from the Parliament building, and only a five minute walk to the metro station. Given how hot it became in Budapest, Novotel‘s air-conditioning worked very well. The breakfast was just OK, but we appreciated everything else about the hotel.

The view at night looking across to see the Parliment building was gorgeous. The location of the hotel on the Buda side is great for walking up to the castle district and a short walk across the bridge to the Pest side. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel's A/C was not working during our stay during a very hot period which made sleeping miserable. We bought a small fan to at least keep the air moving, but it was very uncomfortable. I expect staying here other than one of the hottest weeks of the summer, the hotel would be fine.

We had a wonderful stay at Novotel Budapest Danube. The room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and the hotel was very convenient for exploring Budapest. Public transportation is nearby, and it was easy to get to the major attractions around the city. Breakfast was also very good with plenty of choices.

Really awesome place. Staff was really friendly and loved the breakfast. Also good location.

Great place to stsy

Aamiainen oli aika suppea. Huone oli pieni ja wc ratkaisu epäkäytännöllinen, koska wc:ssä ei ollut käsienpesumahdollisuutta.

호텔에서 나오면 바로 국회의사당임, 인근에 지하철역과 트램역과 일부 관광지가 있어 좋음. 객실은 약간 노후화 된 느낌이나 넓고 편했음.

Super Lage, gute Zimmer. Leckeres Frühstücksbuffet!

The location is awesone. Although it's the other side of the downtown, but the public transportation is super easy and the metro is super close. Also, the Danube river is really close and you can enjoy the parliament 24/7. The facility was clean and convenient but the dryer needs improvement.

Gutes Hotel auf der Seite Pest.

Nice location. The waiting area at the reception is very small and do not overlook the beautiful view facing the parlement. The toilet sink is in the shower room rather than the toilet

Excellent location in front of the Parlament building. Very friendly and helpful front desk staff. Very clean rooms and hotel in general. One of the bar guys got mad because I asked him to put some ice and water in my bottle one minute after they closed. He agitated his arms and said something in Hungarian that I couldn’t understand. I had to apologize for bothering him.

Cute little hotel excellent for tourists. Very well located right across the river from the downtown Budapest, walking distance to the castles, several view points and the metro station to get to downtown in just few minutes. We stayed for total of 5 nights and I would say we pretty much walked to most places and it was very enjoyable even in the heat of unusually warm weather. The hotel staff seemed very well trained and were accommodating to our needs. The breakfast was add-on but the quality of it was excellent so we absolutely enjoyed it. The only questionable part was that the shower in the room didn't have a 'door', just a half-masked glass wall and it was easy to make a puddle on the bathroom floor if not careful. Overall, excellent stay.

​위치가 정말 좋아서 이동하기 편리했습니다. 다만 3박을 투숙하는 동안 무료 생수가 딱 한 병만 제공된 점은 조금 아쉬웠네요. 그 외에 나머지 객실 상태나 서비스는 전반적으로 나쁘지 않았습니다.
