This hotel was incredible. The room was a comfortable size, beautifully decorated. The bed and pillows were so comfy. They decorated it in rose petals and balloons for my birthday as a driving surprise ( after my partner asked them) The outside of the building was so intricately decorated in carved sandstone. The pool was refreshing and a most welcome pleasure. Views of the huge fort looming above, while we are in the restaurant, were like something from a movie. The boys in the upstairs restaurant were so sweet and made absolutely delicious food. The concierge was very friendly and efficient and even gave us a ride back on his motor bike when he passed us walking back :)
Over all a great location in a fabulous city. I've seen many Indian towns and cities and Jaisalmer would be up there as one of my favourite.

Hotel facility is satisfactory except the hotel’s Safari Tent tour (Cost: Ru3200/p). The camp location is close to the highway & far away from desert. There is lack of entertainments. Restaurant is dark that you can’t even see the dishes. The breakfast & dinner are suck… Except these, others are generally ok... Not really recommend to join the Safari tour of the Hotel.

事前連絡もせず朝の4時に着いてしまいましたが無料で部屋を貸してもらえました。
オフシーズンでキャメルサファリは高かったですがいい経験が出来ました。
チェックアウト時に日本語ペラペラのオーナーさんと話せて良かったです。
チャイもいただき、駅まで無料で送って貰えました。
個室でしたが他の日本人もたくさんおり情報交換など出来たので有意義に過ごせました。
またいつか訪れたいと思います。

Muy buen trato del personal, la terraza con restaurant y vista al fuerte da para quedarse largo rato leyendo ahí. La limpieza impecable y buena ducha caliente. La pileta estaba en reparación, y no avisaron antes de reservar, así que si van por la pileta pregunten antes.

Very kind staffs and nice room.
They welcomed us with chai or miso soup. This hotel has such a big hospitality.
Restaurant is also nice, we used there everyday.
We also joined a tour and it was very organized and reasonable price, thank you a lot.
We wil come back this hotel again when we travel India.

On the positive side, location is good, very close to the fort and the lake. Just a few minutes of walking. Safe area. Staff is friendly and they were kind to pick me up at the train station for free. The restaurant on the rooftop is good, nice view, good food at affordable prices. Main waiter is a really cool guy, very friendly, too. Decoration is really nice. Hot water with good pressure (though not all the time).
On the negative side, room is very cold in the winter, no heater. Also, very noisy. There's a hotel next door that plays music all night till 1am or 2am, every day. In the morning too. Very difficult to catch some sleep. The mattress is also too thin and soft.

部屋の可愛さもよかったですが、屋上のレストランが良かったです！

バックパッカーで旅をはじめていくつかのホテルに泊まりましたが、一番素敵なホテルでした！
とにかくスタッフが全員親切です。日本語を少し話せるスタッフもいたので、日本人の方は安心して泊まれると思います。日本語を話せないスタッフも、ゆっくり丁寧に英語で話してくれました。
事前に連絡をすると、無料で駅まで迎えに来てくれます。
安心して泊まれるホテルなので、おすすめです。私もまたジャイサルメールに来ることがあったら、泊まりたいと思います！

De kamers zijn ruim en schoon. Het personeel is behulpzaam en vriendelijk. Klein maar leuk zwembad. Restaurant met terras op het dak met prachtig uitzicht en heerlijk eten! Een aanrader, ik zou teruggaan!!

Contrairement à une première impression notre séjour c'est déroulé de très bonne façon. Après quelques petits soucis d'organisation, mais il ne faut pas oublier que nous sommes en Inde, les deux propriétaires (2 freres) ont tout fait pour nous faciliter la vie quant à la restauration rien à dire, enfin si excellente.

I loved staying at the Tokyo Palace. The staff went out of their way to be helpful, even send someone to pick me up from the train station for free at 4:30am and to drop me off at midnight again after my stay. The rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. The rooftop restaurant is an awesome area to just chill for hours, enjoy the view and have a great meal too. I would definitely recommend the place.
