Everything is great, including the room, service and food at the restaurant. We had a pleasant time staying here. Breakfast was fantastic, got a lot of choices. We moved from Novotel to Pullman, and both hotels were very nice to help us move the luggage from room to room. We definitely will choose to stay here again next time when we visit.

Very friendly and helpful hotel staffs. Delicious meal. I booked a hotel car to tour down town New Delhi for 4 hours. Paid 4,000. It was a nice trip and good ride.

Expensive airport transfer compared to the rest of the 5 star hotels in Aerocity.

Wir waren bereits eine Woche am 1. April vorher im Pullmann Hotel. Und auch schon 2023 mehrfach im Pullmann und immer sehr zufrieden. Jetzt war es anders: Das mit Aufpreis gebuchte Zimmer mit Airport -View wurde uns am 1. April nicht zugeteilt. Ich hatte daraufhin mehrere Emails geschrieben, dass doch bei unserem 2 tägigen Aufenthalt vom 7. – 9. April das extra bei Expedia gebuchte Executive-Zimmer mit Airport view (Aufpreis) bitte berücksichtigt werden sollte. Die Antwort war sehr allgemein und tatsächlich haben wir beim check in kein Zimmer mit Airport view bekommen. Das wäre nicht verfügbar und ich hätte es auch nicht gebucht, obwohl es eindeutig auf meiner Buchungsbestätigung von Expedia stand. (leider auf deutsch) Was aber noch viel schlimmer war: Wir mussten eine Dreiviertelstunde lang mit dem Rezeptionisten diskutieren, dass zum Executive-Zimmer auch Zugang zur Executive Lounge gehört. So steht es bei Expedia. Uns wurde gesagt, dass sei falsch. Und da die Buchung über ein deutsches Portal (Expedia.com) gelaufen wäre, könne man das auch nicht nachvollziehen. Und das, obwohl wir eine Woche vorher mit der gleichen Buchung den Zugang hatten… Auch sei der Zugang mit Zahlung eines Aufpreises nicht möglich. Ich habe auf meinem Rechner die Buchung gezeigt, aber das wurde auch nicht akzeptiert. Dann habe ich meine Accor Mitgliedsnummer gezeigt. Und wir haben nach dem Vorgesetzten gefragt. Nach dem Telefonat mit der Vorgesetzten, die öffentlichlich vom Schreibtisch nebenan zugeh

Great hotel

Have to say this is a very high-quality hotel. Room was comfortable, clean, and the bathroom in particular was top-rate. The staff were helpful - a particular mention to the fact that they let us freely use the spa area to take a shower well after checking out, before an overnight flight - this was well above expectation and really appreciated! We ate here also, and enjoyed the food. Overall a great hotel. As a suggestion, if check-in could be accelerated a bit that would be nice (it was a bit slow), but this is a minor thing. If we're in Delhi again needing somewhere near the airport, we'd return here.

Bra hotell på bekvämt avstånd från flygplatsen (särskilt om man anländer efter midnatt (vilket många europeiska flygbolag verkar att göra)). Bra frukost och även bra restaurang. Kan verkligen rekommenderas.

Das Hotel ist wie immer first class. Das Frühstücksbuffet das umfangreichste, was ich je erlebt habe. Wir hatten mit Aufpreis ein Executive Zimmer mit Flughafensicht gebucht, das wie gesagt teurer war, als die anderen Executive Zimmer. Allerdings waren die Fenster mit opaker Plastikfolie abgedeckt, so dass man überhaupt keine Sicht nach Außen hatte. 'Wir waren zwar im Vorfeld informiert, dass des Malerarbeiten an der Fassade gibt und deshalb der Pool teilweise gesperrt war, aber dass die Fenster vollkommen abgeklebt waren, hat keiner gesagt. Das hätte Expedia eigentlich mitgeteilt werden müssen. Für eine Nacht war es o.k. Wir sind kommende Woche nochmals 2 Nächte da un hoffen dann auf den gebuchten Airport-View.

Shout out to room cleaning staff. Filled out a survey card on their behalf. Hotel is well run. Coffee shoppe that’s in the lower level should be moved up to main lobby. Excellent coffee/service should be seen not hidden away. Great hotel!

Dining experience was not good and the salon experience was very poor

The booking never showed on the system of the hotel, and I had to book another property

The hotel smelt very bad the room needed carpet cleaning and the staff too slow at reception I arrived at 3.30pm and expected my room to be ready but I had to wait a hr for the room to be cleaned I had travelled 9 hours to new dehli to wait on another occasion my key stopped working and had to wait until someone came with new key
