I spent 2 nights here during my business to Bangalore. the hotel is new, the staff are nice. Many choices in the buffet breakfast. Will come back again. the breakfast is included in my booking, but the front desk staffs say it is not shown in the record. I did pay for the breakfast, and checked with Hotel.com. Hotel.com confirmed breakfast is included in my booking. I still not receive my refund from the hotel after one month.

We loved our stay at the property. The staff and helpers were very professional, and always ensured the highest quality of service. They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice.
Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember.
I will definitely be staying at the property when I am back in Bangalore next time.

Pleasant and attentive service from all staff (entrance and front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, etc.) made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked our previous stay (3 weeks prior to this one) so much that we chose to stay again here, prior to our return flight home.
The buffet breakfast was a highlight and Chef Prasad and the entire team are the best there is. He made us feel very special and we will make this our base again in the future.
