Renaissance Bengaluru Race Course Hotel

This is my second stay at this fine hotel. The staff is simply amazing, the beds are super comfy, the cleaning staff are wonderful and the food is spectacular!

We loved our stay at the property. The staff and helpers were very professional, and always ensured the highest quality of service. They even went above and beyond with little gestures after we provided them with feedback, which was very nice. Special mention to Harshita, Sarupa, Savan, David, and many others whose names I cannot remember. I will definitely be staying at the property when I am back in Bangalore next time.

Fabulous stay

Pleasant and attentive service from all staff (entrance and front desk, room cleaning, restaurant, etc.) made it a thoroughly enjoyable stay. We liked our previous stay (3 weeks prior to this one) so much that we chose to stay again here, prior to our return flight home. The buffet breakfast was a highlight and Chef Prasad and the entire team are the best there is. He made us feel very special and we will make this our base again in the future.

I wanted to watch netflix and the tech could not get fire stick added to the TV. It was quite embarrassing that in this day of tech two tech people couldn’t get a netflix app installed. The hotel need to upgrade its entertainment Tech stack.

Apart from a few setbacks, I had a great stay at the property. A special shoutout to Pragati at the front desk who helped make the entire check in and checkout process seamless.

This is the second time that I have stayed at this property! I would give them a 5 star rating, however, I reserve my highest rating for very exceptional properties! The staff here are very friendly and responsive. The food is well prepared and the variety is great! The rooms are very clean and well maintained. I did have a small issue which was promptly addressed. The hotel should provide the very basics in the room, such as plates and spoons. Guests should t have to ask the front desk to provide dimly amenities like plates and spoons/forks. Overall, a great experience!
