The staff was super kind and helpful. They were extremely polite and ready to attend to our every need. The room was spacious and clean, and it also came with good quality amenities, like Dove shampoo, conditioner and soap. The breakfast was also very good and the staff served us with typical food.

Extremely helpful and passionate staff such as Peter to help out - offered tour options which are extremely comprehensive.
Classy and comfy room - got upgraded to Club Premier room in a newly renovated tower, relaxing ambiance with wooden and marble designs, had good shower and sleep on the queen-sized bed!

Great hotel in an excellent location. The rooms and common areas were clean, tidy, and well maintained throughout our stay. What really made the experience stand out was the staff — everyone from reception to dining and housekeeping was genuinely friendly and helpful.
A special mention to Pan Singh, Ballu, and Rasjesh, who truly went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their warm hospitality made a big difference. Highly recommended.

I had a thoroughly enjoyable short stay at the Residency Fort Hotel. Staff were great, friendly and approachable. The buffet breakfast was excellent and the guys who work in the restaurant were the best. A few things needed replacing in my room but it wasn’t an issue. Will definitely stay again.

The hotel was recently renovated. It’s clean, breakfast is great and the staff is professional and friendly. The best part is its location within Mumbai: you can walk to all major sights and there’s a metro station a few meters from the hotel.

All the staff are amazing here, everyone is so lovely. If you're familiar with Mumbai then this is a good place to stay location wise. It's a 10 min walk from VT station (CSMT). Breakfast is average, the ac in the room is grewt it's a bit of a crampes room and not the cleanest but perfect firna short stay.

The room was great and the staff were amazing. Some of the nicest and friendliest staff who are worth choosing this hotel to stay at just to meet. Balu greeted us and served us coffee each morning and chatting with him was one of our favorite parts of Mumbai.
