Nice hotel, lively, loved the activities they offered like the historical tour. View from the 16th floor was incredible, and the highlight is the pool. A perfect place for a peaceful dinner in the middle of the city, with a light show and great service.

It was like a dream - from check in to check out! The staff were so friendly and kind. The hostess Deepali was delightful and took time to chat with us. Everyone made us feel special. Loved the pool and the fitness room to change in. Our room was huge. Loved the extras from the welcoming ceremony to the light and sound show by the pool!

This hotel was beyond my expectations, which were very high. I can’t say enough good things about the food service and excellent staff. Best was the hotel manager Imani who went out of her way to be sure my room request was filled. Love this hotel.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were exceptionally warm, welcoming, and attentive. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely valued as guests. The breakfast was outstanding with an incredible variety and quality that was simply the best we’ve experienced. The amenities were excellent, and every detail of the hotel reflects elegance and comfort. What makes the stay even more special is the rich history of this iconic property—it’s not just a hotel, it’s a landmark experience. I can confidently say this was more than just a stay; it was an unforgettable experience. Going forward, I will always choose the Taj Group of Hotels whenever possible. Highly recommended this hotel to anyone visiting Mumbai.

We had a really great stay at Taj Mahal Tower. The moment we arrived, the entrance felt grand and welcoming, and it set the tone for the rest of the visit. My parents absolutely loved the breakfast buffet. There were so many options and everything tasted fresh. It was honestly one of their favorite parts of the stay. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was so warm, polite, and genuinely helpful. The hospitality felt very personal and thoughtful, which made the experience even more special. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely come back.

The whole experience from check-in and throughout was extraordinary. The smiling faces of all the staff who were willing to go over beyond added to the overall experience. This was a birthday treat from my husband and I'm so grateful we got to do this while visiting India.
